Research On The Cultivation Model Of Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of The Classified Development Of Students

With the complicated structure of students and the diversified development direction of students,it will become an important direction for the reform of cultivation mode of higher vocational colleges to promote the classified development of students.In order to study the cultivation mode of Guangxi higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the classified development of students,this paper selected three high-level higher vocational colleges in Guangxi and three general higher vocational colleges in Guangxi for literature research and interview,and randomly distributed questionnaires with good reliability and validity to the students in Guangxi higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of the classified development of students,the problems of cultivation mode of higher vocational colleges in Guangxi include: the cultivation objective lacks the concept of classification,the curriculum lacks flexibility,the teaching system needs to be perfected,the construction of teaching staff is insufficient,the hidden curriculum is not effective and the instructional evaluation method is too backward.The main reasons lies in the following: the biased value orientation of traditional higher vocational education causes disadvantages,the social recognition of higher vocational education is relatively low,career education in our country lags behind and the government’s overall planning for the personnel training in higher vocational colleges is insufficient.In order to promote the classified development of students,the government and the Guangxi higher vocational colleges should make efforts.The government should continue to correct the value orientation of higher vocational education,improve the social recognition of higher vocational education,continue to improve career education system,and further strengthen the overall planning of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.The Guangxi higher vocational colleges should reshape the cultivation objective,optimize the curriculum,improve the system of teaching,improve the construction level of teachers,strengthen the construction of hidden curriculum,and reform instructional evaluation method.
