| With the social development and the increasing competition,more and more enterprises have implemented the management method of HR outsourcing service which aims to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and the core competitiveness.However,the domestic market of HR outsourcing service implemented late but is developing very rapidly,and the service theory cannot match the service development needs,that is why there is a large gap between the enterprise needs and the service provided by HR outsourcing companies,even some important issues such as diversity demand levels,supply and need imbalances and lacking ofprofessionals exist.Therefore facing the increasing different customer needs and the tremendous competition,how to attract the customers,maintain the customer relationship and build the influent enterprise brands has become the core point to solve for HR outsourcing companies.This article research the HR outsourcing service and the theory of high-performance work system(HPWS).H human resource outsourcing Co.,Ltd is used as the sample,analysis service status,organization structure,company conditions etc.Although H human resource outsourcing Co.,Ltd pay lots of attention on the human resource management and published series of policies,they simply think that the combination of these policies means HPWS.but via case analysis,literature analysis and emplayee talk interview,we find there still are some points which cannot meet the HPWS requirements especially in employee participation,middle-level incentives,new employee training,internal process management,etc.,after research,it was proposed to increase the participation opportunities,improve the mid-level managerment bonus system,optimize training evaluation system,strengthen internal process management mechanism and other improvement measures.This article aims to find human resource management problems and optimize solving olutions,finally to keep the leading position in the market for H human resource outsourcing Co.,Ltd.At the same time,this paper tries to summarize a set of effective HR outsourcing service management method,and find the useful activities which can continuously improve the management efficiency,enhance the company competitiveness and expand the market share.Also these research could be used as a reference for other domestic HR outsourcing enterprise. |
