Study On Collaborative Governance Of Online Marathon In Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With the passage of time and the occurrence of various social and public events,all walks of life have changed dramatically,as have social and economic development and people’s lives,and so has the sports industry.The structure of the sports industry has been further enriched from an "offline" to a "online + offline" development model,especially in the marathon industry.In order to meet the growing demand for diversified sports,the State has promulgated the "Marathon Industry Development Plan" to encourage the development of marathon + Internet,which has given a great impetus to the development of the marathon industry.However,there are many problems in the development of the marathon industry at present,such as:homogenization of events,lack of medical protection,errors in the measurement of third-party software during exercise,serious cheating by participants and other aspects,which seriously affect the development of the new industry of the marathon industry and have great resistance to the promotion of the development of the sports industry.In view of this,this study takes Shaanxi Province as an example,and from the perspective of stakeholders,composes the basic situation of the current online marathon development in Shaanxi Province,in addition,investigates the interests of six types of stakeholders: government,race operators,participants,media,sponsors and third-party software developers,and finally,analyses the causes of the problems in the development of the marathon in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward proposals on the current Shaanxi Province online marathon event governance strategy,in order to provide some reference and reference for the future development of marathon events in Shaanxi Province,and add a momentum to the development of sports industry in Shaanxi Province.The specific findings of the study are as follows.(1)Through sorting out the development of online marathons in Shaanxi Province,it was found that there are problems such as serious homogenization of races,insufficient publicity of races,imperfect medical protection system of races,errors in data monitoring by third-party running software cooperating with races,and frequent cheating by participants.(2)To further analyze the development of online marathon in Shaanxi Province,from the perspective of stakeholders,it was found that the government,race operators,participants,brand sponsors,third-party running software developers and the media have close interests related to online marathon in Shaanxi Province.(3)The influence of stakeholders on the race: the government plays a supervisory and management role on the race;the race operator plays a role in coordinating the relationship between all parties with interests in the race;the participants are the ones who directly influence the experience of the race;the media provides positive publicity for the race,and the sponsors provide the financial chain for the race;the software developers have indirect influence on the race,and the third-party software affects the performance data letters of the athletes during the race.(4)The causes of the current race problems are mainly the separation between the interest subjects,such as the unclear sharing of responsibilities between the interest parties,the inadequate laws and regulations between them,the single way of cooperation between the subjects,the easy conflict of interests between the parties in the cooperation,the lack of a clear risk assessment system for cooperation,etc.These unfavorable factors affect the healthy development of the race.(5)According to the causes of the problems of the tournament,the corresponding strategies are proposed,such as clarifying the responsibilities of each stakeholder,improving the laws and regulations of each stakeholder,constantly innovating the ways of cooperation,trying to balance the interests of each stakeholder,and optimizing the risk assessment of each stakeholder when cooperating.
