| With the advent of the post-epidemic era,education is undergoing profound changes,and online learning,with its own advantages,is playing a pivotal role in the field of education.In2021,five departments,including the Ministry of Education,proposed to make online learning the new normal.Online learning in the post-epidemic era will become a major learning method for students to conduct learning.Online learning satisfaction is an important aspect of measuring the effectiveness and quality of online learning,and exploring the factors influencing online learning satisfaction can improve online learning satisfaction and promote the development of online learning.Online learning for high school students requires high learning ability of high school students themselves.Investigation of factors influencing high school students’ online learning satisfaction plays a crucial role in improving high school students’ own learning ability so as to enhance the quality of online education,promote the development of online education,and improve high school students’ online learning performance.Therefore,this study explores strategies to improve high school students’ online learning satisfaction from the perspective of high school students themselves.In this study,after conducting a literature study on the current situation of online learning,online learning satisfaction,and factors influencing online learning satisfaction,the following research questions are posed in the context of the study:1.What are the factors influencing high school students’ online learning satisfaction?2.What is the relationship between factors influencing high school students’ online learning satisfaction?3.How to improve high school students’ online learning satisfaction in the post-epidemic era?Based on customer satisfaction theory as well as expectation confirmation theory,this study investigates the factors influencing online learning satisfaction of high school students in Hanzhong City through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and structural equation modeling method,and finally draws conclusions as follows:1.Through literature research method,based on customer satisfaction theory and expectation confirmation theory,the main variables that affect online learning satisfaction of high school students are learner expectation,perceived quality,perceived value,and learner satisfaction.Based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index model to sort out the main factors affecting online learning satisfaction are learner expectation,perceived quality,and perceived value.2.To construct a model of factors influencing online learning satisfaction and define and hypothesize the variables,investigate the satisfaction of online learning among high school students in Hanzhong City through questionnaire and interview methods,and analyze the questionnaire results to propose factors influencing high school students’ online learning satisfaction,and then test and revise the model of factors influencing online learning satisfaction through structural equation modeling method to arrive at the final model,and based on the final constructed model of online learning satisfaction of high school students,the research results and interview results are analyzed and discussed to find that learner expectation,perceived quality,and perceived value positively affect online learning satisfaction,and perceived value has the highest degree of influence,followed by perceived quality,and finally learner expectation,and grade level to some extent3.Through the analysis of high school students’ interviews and questionnaire results,the strategies to improve online learning satisfaction of high school students in Hanzhong City are sequentially and purposefully proposed based on the importance of each factor: in the perceived value dimension,the effect value of online learning should be perceived by improving high school students’ learning performance;the efficient value of online learning should be perceived by improving high school students’ online learning ability;and the In the dimension of perceived value,the value of online learning should be perceived by improving the learning ability of high school students.In the perceived quality dimension,the functions of the online learning platform should be improved to enhance the quality of the online learning platform for high school students;the types of online learning resources should be enriched to enhance the quality of the online learning resources for high school students;and a good online learning atmosphere should be created to enhance the quality of the online learning environment for high school students.In the learner expectation dimension,good learning habits should be cultivated to meet high school students’ expectations of online learning performance;learning resources should be optimized to meet high school students’ expectations of the online learning platform;and a good interactive atmosphere should be established to meet high school students’ expectations of the online learning environment. |
