| With the rapid development of information technology,the form of "Internet plus education" is more and more respected,setting off a profound revolution in learning methods.At the same time,since 2020,affected by the global COVID-19,it is difficult for Chinese teachers to be sent to other countries for teaching.In this environment,online Chinese learning has been adopted.However,learner satisfaction,which is a kind of "learner centered" evaluation,has gradually become a key factor to measure the quality of education and teaching.From the perspective of domestic and foreign research,there are few studies on online learning of Chinese learners from the perspective of "learning satisfaction".Based on this,this study takes the online Chinese listening and speaking classes arranged by Wenqiao Trilingual School in Indonesia from September 2021 to May 2022 as an example.However,from the actual teaching situation analysis,the teaching content and form tend to be comprehensive courses.Using this stage of online Chinese language learning as an example,analyze the satisfaction level of high school students in Indonesia’s Wenqiao Trilingual School with online Chinese language learning and explore its influencing factors.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,this study has the following two findings: First,in terms of online Chinese learning satisfaction,the overall online Chinese learning satisfaction of senior high school students in Indonesia Wenqiao Trilingual School is low,The average score is only 3.27,Among them,online learning methods have the highest satisfaction,while online learning processes have the lowest satisfaction.From the perspective of class,the satisfaction of science is higher than that of liberal arts.From the perspective of Chinese level,the satisfaction of students with high Chinese level is higher than that of students with low Chinese level.Different grades and genders have no significant impact on online learning satisfaction.Secondly,in terms of influencing factors of online Chinese learning satisfaction,The degree of influence from high to low is: online learning environment factors,learner factors,teacher factors,and curriculum factors.Research has found that various factors can explain 42.5% of online Chinese language learning satisfaction,the research found that online learning environment factors are the key factors affecting online Chinese learning satisfaction.Finally,based on the results of this research,the author gives relevant suggestions from the perspectives of universities,teachers,learners,courses,online learning environment and textbooks,To improve the design of online Chinese language learning,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of creating a distinctive learning platform,enhancing online teaching skills,emphasizing interactive functions,strengthening cooperation between Chinese and Indian teachers,strengthening teaching supervision,and improving the system of textbook selection,which can be used for reference by Chinese teachers and other online learning workers. |
