As an efficient and convenient learning and thinking tool and method,mind map has been active in the public field of vision in recent years,and its functions such as stimulating reading interest,expanding thinking,and knowledge visualization have been applied to many fields of education and teaching.As an important way to improve students’ comprehensive Chinese quality,reading whole books has received more and more attention with the introduction of core literacy and the deepening of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,how to effectively provide guidance for junior high school students to read the whole book and promote the improvement of the whole book reading ability of junior high school students has become the focus of many educators.The intuitive,integrated,extensible and divergent characteristics of mind maps applied to the whole book can help students read deeply,help students build a knowledge framework,and improve the reading efficiency and reading ability of junior high school students.Based on relevant academic research and own experience,this study analyzes the application of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school Chinese by investigating the current status of the application of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school,analyzes the problems and application advantages of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school,and explores and designs the application scheme of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school.The specific research content is mainly divided into the following four parts:In the introduction part,the origin of research is discussed,the current research status of mind maps and reading of the whole book is reviewed,and the research methods and technical routes of research are clarified.In the first chapter,the mind map is used to investigate and analyze the reading status of the whole book in junior high school.250 junior high school students from T junior high school in Y City were selected to distribute questionnaires through the Internet to investigate the current situation of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school,and analyze the survey results to explore the difficult problems existing in the whole book reading and the process of reading using mind maps for junior high school students,so as to guide the design of subsequent junior high school Chinese whole book reading plans.Chapter 2,the problems and application advantages of mind maps in the reading of the whole book in junior high school.By combing the requirements and characteristics of the whole book reading in junior high school,according to the survey results,the problems existing in the whole book reading and using the mind map for the whole book reading of junior high school students are analyzed and summarized,and on this basis,the application advantages of mind map in the whole book reading of junior high school Chinese are analyzed and discussed,so as to provide a realistic basis for the application case design of the later mind map in the whole book reading.Chapter 3,Case Design of Mind Maps in Junior High School Chinese Whole Book Reading.According to the characteristics of Chinese curriculum standards,partial edition textbooks and various books,through multi-dimensional goals such as language use,thinking ability,aesthetic creation,cultural self-confidence,etc.,the application of mind maps for the whole book of different styles in junior high school is designed for examples,and the application methods of mind maps in popular science books,novels and non-fiction literature are introduced in detail.It is hoped that through the application of mind maps in the reading of whole books in junior high school,it can provide improvement paths and effective methods for junior high school students to read whole books,and strive to improve the reading efficiency and reading ability of junior high school students.
