The Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education,implemented by the national,clearly states that teachers need to improve their ability to design homework,not only to reduce the burden on students,but also to ensure the diversity of homework design and encourage the assignment of graded,flexible and personalized homework,among other things.Based on the burden reduction policy,the study investigated the problems in the implementation of personalized homework,investigated the relevant factors affecting the implementation of personalized homework,and proposed strategies for the effectiveness of personalized homework implementation in elementary school language on theoretical and practical bases.Using a combination of questionnaires,interviews,and case studies,elementary school language teachers and students in city D were used as the respondents to investigate and study the personalized homework in elementary school language in terms of the design,assignment,completion,review,evaluation,and effectiveness of homework as three-dimensional objectives.Finally,through an overall analysis of the survey results,it was found that personalized homework had a positive impact on both elementary school language teachers and students,but there were still some problems in its implementation.Through the survey,the following problems were found in the personalized homework of elementary school language in D city: the design of personalized homework lacks theoretical and practical support;the layout of personalized homework is arbitrarily divided and lacks personalized standards;the completion requirements of personalized homework are inappropriate;the correction of personalized homework lacks correction standards;the evaluation of personalized homework is too simplified,which leads to the implementation of personalized homework in elementary school language teaching is not satisfactory The implementation of personalized homework in primary school is not satisfactory.Based on the above findings,in order to enable elementary school language teachers to better implement personalized homework,it is suggested that schools should strengthen the training and management of personalized homework to provide theoretical and practical support for teachers’ personalized homework implementation,teachers should enhance their professionalism,improve their homework design ability,and be familiar with the standards of each aspect of personalized homework.Optimize students’ homework guidance and broaden the practice platform,so as to provide language teachers with meaningful references for the implementation of personalized homework.
