Education is a vital task for the country and the Party.As an important driving force to promote the development of our education cause,education distribution not only relates to the development and utilization of human resources and the ratio of talent structure,but also affects our economic development and social benefits.Therefore,the implementation of education diversion needs to carefully consider many factors,such as the demand of social talents,students’ intention of education diversion and local economic development mode.As the first large-scale talent flow after the compulsory education stage,the education diversion after junior middle school is of great significance to both the country and individuals,so it needs to be paid enough attention to.In rural areas,many people believe that the education diversion divides students into three classes,and that the education diversion after junior high school intensifies the competition among talents,prematurely pushing students into the whirlpool of talent competition.In addition,the social evaluation of educational diversion is not high,and the reputation of vocational education is also very different from that of ordinary high school education.The opposition voices in the process of education diversion,on the one hand,show that there is something to be improved in the process of education diversion,on the other hand,it also reflects people’s real pursuit of education.Therefore,only by solving the problems in the process of education diversion,can we promote the development of students’ potential,meet the needs of talents in the society,and finally realize the positive transformation of individuals and the enlargement of social economic benefits.This study is devoted to solving a series of problems in the implementation of post-secondary education diversion in rural areas.From the perspective of students,students have insufficient understanding of education diversion,low evaluation of vocational education,and lack of targeted diversion guidance.From the perspective of vocational schools,there are still some problems in the development of vocational schools,such as low quality of schooling,unsound school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and weak adaptability of specialty setting.From the perspective of the country,the country’s education distribution guidance for rural areas is not strong,the preferential education policies for rural areas need to be improved,and the planning of the general employment ratio needs to be further optimized.Therefore,in order to solve these problems in the process of post-junior high school education distribution and promote the development of education especially in rural areas,this thesis takes the intention of education distribution of rural junior high school graduates as a breakthrough point,and through the questionnaire survey of some rural middle school graduates in Lanling County,Linyi City,it finds that there are many factors affecting their intention of education distribution.From the analysis of these influence factors,we obtained valuable measures to promote the development of education diversion according to local conditions.The introduction part of this thesis mainly discusses and explains the research background,research methods and existing research results.Standing on the shoulders of giants,we can not only learn a wealth of knowledge theory,but also can see further.The previous research results are not only the basis of this thesis,but also provide support for this research.The text of this thesis consists of three parts: the basic information of the questionnaire survey,the analysis of the problems in the process of education distribution,and the solutions to the problems.To be specific,this thesis mainly takes rural junior high school graduates as the survey object.The questionnaire survey is carried out around the rural junior high school graduates’ understanding of post-junior high school education distribution,understanding of vocational education,attitude towards vocational planning courses and understanding of future employment direction.Through the investigation of the intention of education diversion of some rural junior middle school graduates in Lanling County,Linyi City,the thesis analyzes some problems in the process of post-junior middle school education diversion,and then finds ways to solve these problems,so as to better promote the development of students and the flow of talents.The introductory part of this thesis mainly discusses and explains the research background,the research method and the existing research results.Standing on the shoulders of giants,we can not only learn a wealth of knowledge and theory,but also see farther.The research results of the previous research not only serve as the foundation of this study,but also provide the support point for my research.
