In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the National Education Conference: "We must carry forward the spirit of labor among students,educate and guide students to advocate and respect labor,understand the truth that labor is the most glorious,noble,great,and beautiful labor,and can work hard,honest and creative when they grow up".The changes in the national education policy show that at a time when the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor is strongly advocated,more and more attention is paid to labor.Language courses should also keep pace with the development of the times and give play to the unique educational value of language subjects.As an official authoritative book,textbook is an important carrier to spread social mainstream values.The Ministry edition of junior high school Chinese textbooks is the national general textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education.The labor works presented in the Chinese textbooks are closely related to the educational policies of the country.Only by fully studying teaching materials and discovering the characteristics and values of labor-themed works can the unique charm of labor-themed works be explored.At the same time,the compulsory Chinese curriculum standard also clearly stipulates that the compulsory Chinese curriculum focuses on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people,and gives full play to its unique education function and foundation role.Therefore,the development of Chinese labor-themed works reflects the will of the new curriculum standard,and uses labor works to promote labor,cultivate morality,enhance intelligence,strengthen body and cultivate beauty,thus realizing the comprehensive education value of Chinese subject.However,the quantity and depth of the teaching research of labor-themed works are limited,and the front-line teaching practice of Chinese labor works is not ideal.Based on this background,this paper,by combing and analyzing the relevant literature,investigating the teaching status,and according to the 2022 edition of the latest Chinese compulsory education curriculum standards,puts forward the improvement suggestions on the teaching of Chinese labor-themed works in the partial edition of junior middle school from three aspects: basic teaching concepts,teaching content development and teaching implementation strategies.In the teaching of works,we should first set up the basic idea of combining the teaching of Chinese knowledge with the shaping of labor concept,the guidance of labor value with students’ learning interest,and the combination of walking into labor works and walking into students’ life.In order to achieve good teaching results,secondly,we should deal with the problem of what to teach.In the development of teaching content of labor works,we should rely on teaching resources in class to promote the integration of students’ knowledge,and expand extracurricular resources to enrich the meaning of labor works.Finally,we should deal with the problem of how to teach so that the teaching ideal can really take root.As for the implementation strategy of works teaching,it is necessary to restore the context of works of labor,draw the distance from the text,base on the language of works of labor,deepen the text dialogue,combine listening,speaking,reading and writing,and trigger the emotional resonance of students,so as to maximize the function of textbooks,stimulate students’ interest,activate their thinking,and promote their all-round development and improvement.
