The Curriculum Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(2017 version,revised in 2020)clearly points out that the ideological and political courses in high schools aim to cultivate students’ Core Socialist Values,guide them to correctly understand and understand the society,enhance their political awareness and participation ability,and thus promote the comprehensive development of students’ ideological and political literacy.The application of task driven teaching method can fully reflect the teaching concept of "student-centered",which not only focuses on the cultivation of students’ learning abilities,but also attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities,which can effectively promote students’ learning and growth.Therefore,studying the application of task driven teaching method in high school ideological and political education can promote the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political education,improve the quality of ideological and political education,and strengthen the cultivation of students’ learning ability and subject core literacy.This study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and case analysis method to study the application of task driven teaching method in high school ideological and political course teaching.Firstly,a review of relevant research literature at home and abroad was conducted to understand the current research direction,focus,and achievements of the application of task driven teaching method in high school ideological and political education;At the same time,based on existing research results and relevant theories,the key concepts of task driven teaching method were defined,and the principles,basic characteristics,and theoretical basis and significance of the research were analyzed.The purpose and content system of this study were clarified.On this basis,through investigation and research,it was found that there are still a series of problems in the application of task driven teaching method in high school ideological and political course teaching.The main problems are: low frequency of task driven teaching method application,group task driven becoming a mere formality,low student participation,and insufficient effectiveness of classroom teaching evaluation;The main reasons for these problems are that teachers do not attach enough importance to task driven teaching methods,their ability to apply new teaching methods needs to be improved,students lack task driven awareness and learning ability,and the teaching evaluation system for using task driven teaching methods is not perfect.Based on relevant theories and policies,combined with teaching case analysis,this paper proposes optimization strategies for the application of task driven teaching method in high school ideological and political course teaching from four aspects: improving teachers’ awareness and teaching literacy,improving teachers’ teaching ability to apply new teaching methods,improving students’ comprehensive learning literacy,and improving teaching evaluation system.I hope this study has certain reference value for the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political courses,as well as the cultivation of students’ learning ability and core literacy.
