As an important part of our vocational education system,vocational undergraduate college is one of the important ways to train high level technical skills talents,and play a great role in promoting the development of high-quality vocational education.Teaching is the central link of vocational undergraduate colleges work.It is of great significance to realize high-quality teaching to promote its high-quality development.At present,the vocational undergraduate colleges are still in the preliminary exploration stage,the teaching level needs to be improved,and in urgent need of effective theoretical guidance.Through the collection of relevant literature,it is found that the relevant research of vocational undergraduate colleges have become the academic hot spot,but there are relatively few related to the teaching field.Therefore,based on the theory of total quality management,synergy theory and other relevant theories,this study discusses the current vocational undergraduate colleges teaching challenges and difficulties,and puts forward targeted implementation strategies,in order to achieve the goal of high-quality teaching.High-quality teaching in vocational undergraduate colleges should have the basic characteristics of comprehensiveness,diversity,characteristics,flexibility,integration,openness,etc.,which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate colleges education,leading the reform of "three education" in vocational undergraduate colleges,and meeting the needs of students for highquality education.However,through the text analysis of the Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report of vocational undergraduate colleges and the interview survey of relevant teaching personnel,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of vocational undergraduate colleges,such as lack of characteristics,weak vocational implication,single way,low teaching efficiency,weak foundation,low resource integration,lack of motivation,and insufficient degree of openness,which make it difficult to achieve high-quality teaching.The reasons are not only related to the backward teaching concept and insufficient teaching ability of teachers,but also related to the lack of smooth cooperation between government and school enterprises and the lack of systematic teaching system construction.In order to promote the realization of high-quality teaching in vocational undergraduate colleges,we should combine the type attribute and practical pattern of teaching in vocational undergraduate colleges,reconstruct the teaching principle and follow the principles of systematic,effective,collaboration and development.Improve the realization path,optimize the teaching system by optimizing the teaching objectives,updating the teaching content,innovating the teaching methods,strengthening the teaching staff,strengthening the teaching support,etc.Innovation implementation mechanism,through the interaction mechanism,incentive mechanism,guarantee mechanism effectively promote vocational undergraduate colleges to achieve highquality teaching.
