Teaching And Research University Undergraduate Talent Training Specifications And Quality Assurance Mechanism

Nowadays, great progress has been achieved in higher education where high quality undergraduate education acts as principal part. There are many teaching-research colleges and universities that play important roles in our country; therefore, the undergraduate education quality imposes consequential influence upon the improvement in general standard of our country's higher education. Different universities and colleges cultivate different types of talents who have different quality requirements. In order to improve education quality, it is necessary to construct a education quality guarantee system aiming at talents cultivation standards in these teaching-research colleges and universities.There three main points in this study: first, define the meaning of teaching-research colleges and universities; second, design the undergraduate talents cultivation standards; third, construct education quality guarantee system. This paper aims at helping most of the teaching-research colleges and universities orient themselves well by proposing orientation standard of teaching-research colleges and universities. Therefore, they can design the undergraduate talents cultivation standards for their colleges to construct a education quality guarantee system and ensure the education quality of higher education, which promote the entire development in our country's colleges.
