| Junior high school students are in the adolescent period,an important period of physical and mental development,the direction of thinking tends to mature,in self-awareness,human-computer communication,learning may encounter or produce many psychological problems,such as anxiety,loneliness,anger,etc.,if not solved in time will have a negative impact on their growth.After reading the literature on the mental health of junior high school students,it is found that the overall results of the mental health level of junior high school students in China at this stage are not optimistic.Through regular participation in sports,not only can promote physical and mental development,but also as a way to vent emotions to regulate themselves,different sports unique exercise methods and exercise requirements,on students’ mental health and good personality has a positive effect on improving their mental health,effectively carry out sports,let students accept fair competition in the competition,which has a positive effect on promoting the development of students’ mental health.In this study,according to the term group theory,the sports of representative item groups were selected among the skill-dominated categories,such as field confrontational basketball,cross-net confrontation badminton,and performance difficult aerobics.Using MHT mental health diagnosis to test the mental health of 711 students of Gushizhen Junior High School in Linwei District,60 students with psychological problems were randomly screened and arranged for intervention experiments in basketball,aerobics and badminton through voluntary options.During the experiment,exercise twice a week for 120 minutes for a total of 8 weeks.The MHT test was given after 8 weeks and compared to the previous test.The results of the analysis show that different sports can help improve the psychological problems of junior high school students,and different sports programs have different degrees of improvement on mental health factors from different dimensions.There are differences in students’ mental health,as a secondary school physical education teacher,when students have more serious mental health problems such as anxiety,loneliness,terror and excessive study pressure,in order to reduce the occurrence of such events,scientific and effective intervention should be carried out according to students’ own conditions to promote the development of students’ physical and mental health. |
