With the progress of the times and the development of society,the process of new rural construction and revitalization has been increasingly accelerated,agricultural production presents a beautiful scene of industrialization,scale,modernization and significant improvement.But,along with the promotion of new urbanization,some of the labor force has flocked to the cities to work in order to support the heavy expenses of families and improve their living standards,which has led to two hard growth paths for rural children: those who stay at home or those who "leave the country" with their urban working parents.In particular,the children left behind in rural areas,who face the disadvantage of incomplete family structure and lack of affection,suffer from the lack of life control,academic education,moral failure,psychological imbalance and other unfavorable growth status due to the lack of growth supervision,mental emotion,relative companion and family education,which makes this group fall into the difficult situation of unfavorable educational development in their growth.The study of educational security for children left behind in rural areas who concerns children’s own growth and future,and is not only a matter of urgency and hope for the masses,but also a prominent issue that we require to reform and improve.If the countryside is prosperous,the country will prosper,and if the countryside declines,the country will decline.Based on the development background of rural revitalization strategy,this issue integrates the sustainable development of educational security for the rural children left behind from three dimensions: industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization.Firstly,the development status of educational security for rural left-behind children at the compulsory education stage in China is explained through literature analysis and experience summary methodology,and the strategic direction and concrete content of rural revitalization bring new chances for the perfection and advancement of educational security for rural left-behind children through introduction.Secondly,I analyze the realistic predicaments and reasons of educational security for this vulnerable group.The dilemma of the clear gap in the development level of educational security in China is attributed to the deep-rooted urban-rural dual structure of our economy;The dilemma of the lack of momentum in the development of the team of the main body responsible for educational security is attributed to the insufficient impetus of the main body of protection in our system;The dilemma of the relative lag in the content of educational security disciplines and after-school services is attributed to the weak educational concept and capacity in our reality.Once again,in the exploration and implementation of educational security for rural children left behind in China in the context of rural revitalization,a number of rural left-behind children care and educational service models with different characteristics among counties have emerged,forming experience and practices that can be studied,learned from and promoted.Therefore,the practical exploration of the holiday-style "Children and Youth Home" launched in Wenshan Prefecture,the "Protecting Children’s Growth" in Guangfeng District,and the "Cooperative Guardianship,Accompanying Growth" project in Hanyuan County is an effective reference,in the hope that it can provide universal and extensive practical experience on the overall development direction of the education level protection for the children in China,who tend to be in a disadvantaged position at present.Finally,on the basis of drawing on domestic projects and activities related to the educational security services for rural children left behind,and based on the background of rural revitalization,I actively explore the change path for the future high-quality development of educational security for rural left-behind children in China with a problem-oriented approach,and propose to promote the balanced development of educational security with the revitalization of rural industries;to enhance the endogenous power of the responsible subjects of educational security with the revitalization of rural talents;and to expand the content and supporting services of rural educational security with the revitalization of rural culture.It is hoped that the policy opportunity of rural revitalization can be seized to promote more equitable and high-quality education for children left behind in rural areas at the compulsory educational stage,and to inject continuous development momentum for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
