With the rapid development of China’s economy,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,putting forward the general requirements of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized village style,effective governance,and a prosperous life".The rural vitalization strategy is an important guarantee for realizing a well-off society in an all-round way.Geography should play an important role in promoting the rural vitalization strategy by giving full play to the discipline characteristics and permeating rural vitalization education in classroom teaching.In the "Geography Curriculum Standards for Junior High School(2022 Edition)",it is proposed that the selection of geography curriculum should pay more attention to the development of students and social needs on the basis of reflecting the development of geography,and combine rich geographical materials with fresh geographical activities.At the same time,it is also pointed out that The learning content of geography should select the real things and phenomena in environmental protection,resource utilization,rural revitalization and other aspects.This paper starts from the situation creation of "rural revitalization" education in junior high school geography teaching,and tries to explore the way and strategy of the situation creation of "rural revitalization" education in junior high school geography teaching.This study is divided into three parts.In the first part,geography teachers at the stage of compulsory education in Guizhou Province and students at 5 junior middle schools in Zhijin County and township are investigated,and the current situation,attitude and teaching suggestions of teachers and students on the situation creation of "rural revitalization" education in junior middle school geography teaching are investigated.The second part summarizes the various ways to create geography classroom situation in junior high school and combs the content of rural revitalization in junior high school geography textbook according to the curriculum standard.The third part is to create a situation permeating the "rural revitalization" education and use it in teaching practice.Experimental classes and control classes are set up.Through the teaching practice of a semester,qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to test the teaching effect.Combining theoretical and practical research,the following conclusions are preliminarily drawn: Preliminary survey found that most junior middle school geography teachers wanted to create situations permeating rural revitalization in teaching,but they lacked knowledge materials and practical experience of situation creation,which made it difficult to create appropriate situations in teaching.Some students believed that teachers rarely created situations permeating rural revitalization in geography class,resulting in a lack of interest in geography class.The later practical research found that:(1)Teachers’ creation of a situation permeating "rural revitalization" education in class can stimulate students’ interest in learning geography and improve their geographical scores,and further cultivate students’ ability to use geographical knowledge to solve practical problems.(2)Compared with traditional teaching,the creation of "rural revitalization" education situation can make the classroom more colorful,to a certain extent,can stimulate students’ awareness of rural revitalization,so that students can fully relate to the reality of life to perceive geography knowledge.The questionnaire survey and teaching practice research show that in order to create a suitable situation permeated with rural revitalization in teaching,teachers need to accumulate life experience,actively participate in teaching research activities and school-based training,establish a resource base of situational materials permeated with rural revitalization,compile teaching design cases permeated with rural revitalization,and conduct timely teaching reflection.So as to continuously improve one’s teaching skills.
