| Research Objectives:According to the data of physical health test in primary and middle schools in recent years,we can know that the physical quality of students in our country has been at a standstill,the function of the physical education curriculum can not be brought into full play,the students’ interest in physical activities is reduced,and the indexes of physical health,endurance and speed can not basically meet the requirements of the National Physical Health test standards,the primary school stage is the key stage of physical and mental development,the improvement of physical quality and the training of interest in sports are crucial.This article wants to use the situation teaching method to carry on the experimental research in order to achieve the goal of improving students’ physical quality and interest in sports.Research Methods:The analysis and research on how to improve students’ physical fitness and sports interest were carried out through the situational teaching method,which was carried out in various forms such as questionnaire survey method,literature method,teaching experiment method,interview method,mathematical statistics method SPSS27.0 and so on.Research results:1.There was a very significant difference in the comparison between the pre-test and post-test of sports participation in the experimental group(P<0.01),which proved that the interest of primary school students in participating in sports was significantly enhanced.There was a significant difference between the pre-and post-test results(P<0.001),indicating that the physical test results of primary school students improved after a period of teaching by situational pedagogy,and their physical fitness was also enhanced.2.There were differences between the pre-and post-test of sports participation and physical fitness test results in the control group(P<0.05),which proved that the degree of sports participation and physical fitness test results of primary school students were also improved,thus proving that regular physical education can also play a certain role in improving students’ sports participation and physical fitness.3.Three months after the end of the experiment,the degree of sports participation in the experimental group was compared with the pre-experiment(p<0.001),the difference in the three dimensions of positive sports interest,negative sports interest and independent participation(p<0.05),and the difference after the experiment(p<0.05),and the level of sports interest in the experimental group was higher than that before the experiment three months after the end of the experiment.There was no statistical difference between the control group’s sports interest and the control group before the experiment three months after the end of the experiment(p>0.05).After three months,the control group’s interest in sports declined and returned to pre-experimental levels.After three months,the experimental group had a significantly higher interest in sports than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions:1.Under the perspective of the new curriculum standards,the use of sports situation teaching method plays a positive role in promoting students’ interest in sports,independent participation,and improving students’ speed,endurance,strength,agility and other physical fitness.2.Through the rational use of regular physical education teaching methods in the classroom,it can also play a slight role in promoting students’ interest in sports,and through systematic and repeated motor skill practice,it also has a certain effect on improving students’ speed,endurance,sensitivity,strength and other physical qualities.3.Through the use of sports situation teaching method and regular teaching method,it is found that sports situation teaching method has a continuous and far-reaching effect on promoting students’ interest in sports and improving various physical qualities than conventional teaching methods. |
