People can’t stand without virtue.Teenagers are builders and successors in the new era,creating a bright future for the motherland.Their moral quality directly affects the ideological and moral construction of the whole society.The Guide to Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools issued by the Ministry of Education mentioned that in order to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,we should adhere to the law,strengthen moral practice,emotional cultivation and behavioral habits,pay attention to the unity of knowledge and action,and put moral education into all school work.This emphasizes that moral emotion education is the need of moral education and the needs of the times.Moral education is the core and soul of education.If moral education wants to touch students’ hearts and make their hearts and spirits get the final destination,it must be pinned on moral emotion.Moral education is an important part of the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.Extensive moral education will help to stimulate students’ moral feelings,develop good moral quality,make students develop in the right moral direction and implement their core qualities.There are five parts in this article,as follows:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,combs the research status of moral emotion education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high schools at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods and innovations.The second part expounds the related core concepts and theoretical basis of moral emotion education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,namely,the traditional Confucian moral emotion education theory,the formation law theory of moral quality and the emotional teaching psychology theory,and discusses the significance of moral emotion education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,which is of great value for improving students’ moral quality,enriching teaching methods and creating warm interpersonal relationships.The third part specifically analyzes the content and specific characteristics of moral emotion education.The textbook contains rich moral emotion education content,which is summarized into four major themes: self-identity education,interpersonal harmony education,love for the motherland education and respect for nature education.On the basis of content analysis,the specific characteristics are clarified,namely,practicality,comprehensiveness,infectivity and guidance.The fourth part investigates the current situation of moral emotion education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle schools.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that moral emotion education has made some achievements,but there are some problems such as attaching importance to moral cognition education,ignoring moral emotion education,separating content from practice,lacking moral emotion communication between teachers and students,and relatively simple teaching form,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed.The fifth part,on the basis of the above-mentioned related theories and the investigation of teaching status quo,puts forward corresponding implementation strategies from the perspectives of teachers,teaching situation,teaching objectives,teaching materials and social practice teaching in view of the problems in moral emotion education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.
