“Guan Zi”was an ancient book containing profound ideas,its management ideas had been updated for a long time,and after the tempering of time and historical rendering,it had inspired primary and secondary school class teachers to get rid of the shackles of class management and obtained a qualitative leap in class management ability.This study relied on the management thoughts of“Guan Zi”,and obtained the guidance experience of“Guan Zi”management thoughts on the management concept,attitude,thinking and behavior of modern primary and secondary school class teachers by analyzing the research results of the majority of scholars.This study explored the problems and causes of the management process of modern primary and secondary school class teachers through literature analysis,historical analysis,and attempted to propose corresponding solutions.This study consisted of a combination of five components:The first part,the modern educational value of “ Guan Zi ” and the study of class management.Compared with the literature of the majority of scholars on the combination of“Guan Zi”thoughts and education,the majority of scholars discussed the enlightenment of“ Guan Zi ” thoughts on modern education from the perspectives of macro,micro and vocational education,Pre-Qin education thoughts,and educational management thoughts.In addition,in terms of class management,foreign scholars focused on the research of modern information technology and class management,while domestic scholars paid attention to the research on the development and evolution of class management.The second part,the basic outline of the management ideas of“Guan Zi”.This study briefly introduces the management thought theory in “Guan Zi ”,which involved eight aspects,including economy,psychology,society,law,talent,population,philosophy and education.The third part,the value enlightenment of “Guan Zi” management ideas in primary and secondary school class management.This study briefly introduced the educational management ideas in “ Guan Zi ”,which involved five levels: talent management,people-based management,moral management,system management,and timing management.The forth part,the application of “Guan Zi”management ideas in middle school class management including(1)Construct talent management ideas in class management;(2)Implement the people-based management ideology in class management;(3)Carry out the ethical management ideas in class management;(4)Coordinate the timing management ideas in class management;(5)Practise the system management ideology of“clear reward and punishment”.Epilogue.Firstly,starting from the research on the modern educational value and class management of “Guan Zi”,this study expounded the research significance of“Guan Zi”management thinking and class management work.Secondly,the management ideas of“Guan Zi”and its value enlightenment for primary and secondary school class management were summarized from eight aspects.Finally,combined with the value enlightenment of the management thoughts of “Guan Zi”to the class management of primary and secondary schools,the application of the management idea of “ Guan Zi ” in class management of primary and secondary schools was obtained.However,this study still had the problem of insufficient research depth and insufficient combination of“Guan Zi” management thoughts and class management,and in future research,we would broaden our vision through a variety of ways,combined“Guan Zi”management thoughts with class management,and proposed more scientific and comprehensive application strategies.
