| The publish of the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 edition)has provided a new direction for the reform and development of physical education teaching in the school.The new curriculum standards advocates the development of students’ core competencies in physical education.As a traditional national sports program based on traditional Chinese culture,martial arts pays attention to both internal and external training.It has a very deep cultural deposits.Carrying out martial arts teaching has great advantages for developing students’ core quality of physical education.With the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,how to teach implement martial art to cultivate core quality has been attached great importance.Based on the new curriculum standard,this study focuses on cultivating students’ core physical literacy through martial arts teaching,and carries out martial arts teaching design around three key points:athletic ability,healthy behavior and physical morality.The aim is to give full play to the cultivation of students’ core qualities in martial art teaching through innovative design and achieve the training goal from the perspective of physical education teaching.Through field investigation,interview and questionnaire survey,this study penetrates into the teaching practice to learn about current situation of the cultivation of students’ core competencies in martial arts teaching and finds a solution to solve the problem.The teaching design of martial arts is determined by combing literature review,conducting the interview and investigation.Besides,the scientificity and feasibility of this study is verified through the experimental method and mathematical statistics method,thus providing reference for the cultivation and development of the core competencies of junior physical education and health curriculum.Research results:1.The current combination of healthy behavior and sports morality in martial arts teaching and core literacy is not sufficient,and more emphasis is placed on developing students’ sports ability.However,physical education teachers and students generally recognize the core literacy of physical education.2.Based on the investigation of the current situation and combining the content of physical education core literacy,the content of Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),the development needs of junior middle school students and the characteristics of martial arts projects,this study completed a set of martial arts teaching design based on the subject core literacy.3.Teaching for one semester according to the newly designed martial arts teaching program,it is found that this program can promote the overall physical and mental health development of junior middle school students from the three aspects of athletic ability,healthy behavior and physical morality.It can significantly improve students’ upper and lower limb strength,flexibility and core strength,but it can only improve students’ aerobic exercise ability and lower limb muscle endurance.It can improve students’ awareness and habits of physical exercise,emotional regulation,mastery and application of health knowledge and skills,sportsmanship and sportsmanship in sports morality,but has no obvious influence on other aspects.Research conclusion:1.The teaching design is comprehensive in content,providing theoretical basis and practical experience for the future teaching of martial arts.2.The teaching design is scientific and reasonable,which can be implemented in martial arts teaching in junior high school,and can improve junior high school students’ sports ability,healthy behavior and related dimensions of sports morality. |
