| With the arrival of the "Internet +" era and the continuous development of information technology,the education industry has also entered the era of educational informatization 2.0,information teaching ability has become the necessary ability for teachers to master,so as to adapt to the informationization teaching environment.And normal students as future teachers,the cultivation of their information teaching ability is more important.Therefore,how to cultivate normal students’ information teaching ability has become a new topic for educational experts and researchers to explore.Blended teaching,as a new type of information teaching method that emerged in the new era,has the dual advantages of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching,and can provide new ideas and directions for the cultivation of normal students’ information teaching ability.Firstly,this study combs and summarizes the information about information teaching ability,and analyzes and establishes the standards of information teaching ability suitable for this study,which was roughly divided into five dimensions: information awareness attitude,information responsibility,information teaching knowledge,information teaching skills,and high-order ability.Secondly,the study investigates the information teaching ability of normal students and blended teaching situation,with the purpose of understanding the problems existing in the current information teaching ability of normal students,as well as the predicament of the current blended teaching,so as to provide a foundation for the subsequent construction of blended teaching model for the cultivation of information teaching ability of normal students.Thirdly,under the guidance of primary teaching theory,constructivist learning theory and activity theory,this paper explores the applicability of blended teaching applied to the cultivation of information teaching ability of normal students.With the goal of improving information-based teaching ability,a blended teaching model for the cultivation of normal students’ information teaching ability is constructed,which includes online independent preview before class,offline ability cultivation during class,and online ability improvement after class.Finally,relying on the "Learning Science and Technology" course of normal students,the paper will conduct teaching practice to optimize the teaching model,and the effectiveness of the model is tested by analyzing the level of information teaching ability,learning achievements and teaching satisfaction.The research results show that normal students not only master the teaching knowledge,improve their academic performance,but also become more satisfied with the course in the course practice of the blended teaching model oriented to the cultivation of information teaching ability of normal students.The most important thing is that each dimension of normal students’ information teaching ability has been improved to different degrees,so that they can better adapt to the era of education information.This shows that the blended teaching model for the cultivation of normal students’ information-based teaching ability designed in this study is feasible and effective,and can provide help for teaching of the cultivation of normal students’ ability. |
