Research On The Impact Of Informal System On Economic Growth In Western China

The Chinese economy is transforming from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and has proposed the strategic deployment of the "three new and one high",which has put forward new requirements for the economic development of the western region.The development of the western region is particularly special.Under the requirements of high-quality economic development,the western region carries the heavy responsibility of industrial acceptance and industrial transformation demonstration.At this stage,the innovation of western industrial policy has important theoretical and practical significance for the formation of new economic growth points.Industrial policies need to take into account the government and the market,and need to consider the construction of formal systems and informal environment.Informal system is an important part of the institutional system and plays an important role in promoting economic development of the western region.This article studies the impact of the informal system on the economy of the western region.Through combing relevant literature at home and abroad,we have deeply understood the relevant concepts,characteristics and theories of the informal system,and laid the foundation for subsequent research.On the basis of the analysis of the analysis of the informal system index of domestic and foreign scholars,it has formulated an informal system indicator evaluation system that is in line with the development of the western region.The use of entropy rights to calculate the informal system level of in the western region,and obtained a comprehensive score of informal systems in the western regions from 2011-2020.From the four aspects of ideology,traditional concepts,custom habits and ethics,analyzes how the informal system affects the economic growth of the western region and how the informal system is affected economic growth through the reasonable industrial structure and the high-level industrial structure.Based on theoretical analysis,providing theoretical support for subsequent empirical analysis.Empirical parts through the construction of a measurement model and conducting stable testing,endogenous testing,and heterogeneity test,finally concluded and put forward countermeasures.The conclusions of the research in this article are as follows: First,this article divides the informal system into four dimensions,namely ideology,traditional concepts,customs and ethics.The average four-dimensional level is steadily increasing,and there is a lot of room for development.There are differences in the level of informal systems in various regions,and the gap is large,and the informal systems in areas with relatively backward economy promoting the economy are better than the economic developed area.Second,the informal system can directly promote economic growth in the western region,ideology,traditional concepts,custom habits and ethics can significantly promote economic growth in the western region.Third,the informal system can also promote the economic growth of the western region by affecting the reasonable industrial structure and the high-level industrial structure,and there is some intermediary effect.Through the analysis of the theoretical and empirical parts,the impact of the informal system on the industrial and economy of the western region cannot be ignored.In order to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in the western region and economic growth,it is necessary to play the positive role of informal systems.Based on theoretical analysis,this article uses empirical results data to make countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of promoting the balanced development of the western region,promoting industrial structure optimization by informal systems by informal systems,and the efficient changes in the development of industrial development with an informal system.
