| Since 2019,China has entered the stage of universalization of higher education,the number of graduates increases every year,in addition,due to severe employment situation in the “new normal” and post-pandemic era.To solve the employment problem,this article puts the students of X university as the object of study,researches on the improvement of entrepreneurial intention in entrepreneurship education.and with a scientific designed questionnaire,it analyzes entrepreneurial intentions of the college students,finds out the effect of entrepreneurship education and personal characteristics on them,so as to formulate policies conducive to improving college students’ entrepreneurial intentions.Based on relevant literature,to screen out the factors that may affect the entrepreneurial intention of college students,this paper selects entrepreneurial education as the core independent variable,personal characteristics as the intermediary variable,and entrepreneurial intention as the dependent variable,and designs the research scale.And taking the planned behavior theory and bird entrepreneurial intention revision theory as the theoretical basis according to the research object and research questions,combining with the research on the connotation and theory of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention in China,this paper designs the research model of this project and raises the hypothesis by theoretical reasoning and practical observation.The model assumes that the personal characteristics and entrepreneurship education will influence each other and affect the entrepreneurial intention together.Then the questionnaire on the college students’ personal background,personal characteristics,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention is designed and dispensed.A total of 861 questionnaires are received.The data are input into the computer to obtain the reliability and validity that make the data available and factor division reasonable.Quantitative analysis method,variance analysis,T test,non-parametric test and linear regression analysis are used to analyze the relationship between personal factors,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention of college students in X university.It can be concluded that courses,lectures,competitions and policies about entrepreneurship bring a outstanding active influence on entrepreneurial intention.Personal characteristics have a partial mediating effect between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial education,accounting for 17.99% of the total effect.Among personal characteristics,risk-taking motivation,leadership and management ability,personal business skill level,teamwork consciousness and ability to integrate social resources all have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention.Based on the above research results,this paper suggests X university to promote the entrepreneurial intentions form the aspects of entrepreneurship curriculum construction,innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation of teachers,frequency of entrepreneurship lectures,publicity of entrepreneurship competition,and promotion of supportive policies. |
