| The Party and the State have always attached importance to the physical and mental health of young people.School physical education is an important part of school education,and its main carrier-“physical education and health curriculum” is a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools in China,and it needs scientific guidance to lead the way to achieve its goals of “enhancing physical fitness,enjoying It needs scientific guiding ideology to lead it to achieve the cultivation goals of "enhancing physical fitness,enjoying fun,improving personality and refining will”.The guiding ideology of school sports is the guide of school sports and the theoretical basis of sports practice.This paper uses literature,historical analysis,comparative research and inductive analysis to analyze the background,content,characteristics,contributions,similarities and differences of the guiding ideology of school physical education in China and the United States,and draws the following four conclusions:the guiding ideology of physical fitness enhancement has a similar background but different theoretical foundations;the guiding ideology of health promotion has the same goals but different values;the guiding ideology of lifelong physical education has similar content but different values.The guiding ideology of lifelong physical education is similar in content but different in emphasis;the guiding ideology of comprehensive development is comprehensive in content but different in cultural characteristics.Therefore,the following four suggestions are put forward: deepen the connotation of enhancing physical fitness and increase students’ physical fitness;implement the idea of health first and improve students’ health;implement the idea of lifelong physical education and cultivate students’ exercise habit;adhere to the idea of comprehensive development and promote students’ comprehensive development. |
