Research On The Cultivation Mechanism Of Interdiscoplinary Disciplines Under The Background Of "Double First-Class" Construction

Cultivating emerging interdisciplinary disciplines is an urgent need for a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and is also an important part of the national "double first-class" construction.The development of interdisciplinary disciplines needs to adapt to its characteristics,the intersection,integration and penetration of different disciplines is the basis of scientific and technological innovation..The cultivation of interdisciplinary disciplines in colleges and universities is related to national scientific and technological innovation,economic development and the improvement of comprehensive national strength.However,how to establish the cross-disciplinary cultivation mechanism?What are the difficulties in promoting the development of interdisciplinary subjects and enhancing the original ability? The answers to these questions need not only the top-level planning layout,but also the exploration,analysis and practice based on the characteristics of higher education.This paper takes the universities with industrial characteristics as the research object.Relying on the industrial background and discipline characteristics,the universities with industry characteristics have made some achievements in the exploration of interdisciplinary disciplines,but they are still in the initial stage and have huge development space for development in the future.In our country,the university’s interdisciplinary research and education started late.The research of interdisciplinary sciences has stayed in speculative and theoretical aspects,so the interdisciplinary research needs further research.Relying on the In Cites TM database,using the data analysis results,taking into account the development characteristics and cultivation mechanism of the interdisciplinary,Some problems are exposed: the development of cross-disciplines system and mechanism is not perfect,the enthusiasm of scientific researchers was not high,and the efficiency of cooperation methods and cooperation models needed to be improved.Based on the above pain points and difficulties,this paper analyzes the problems and contradictions of the interdisciplinary in combination with the stakeholder theory and incentive theory in the public management theory,explores the path of the formation of the interdisciplinary,improves the international level of the interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation,and puts forward appropriate suggestions on the cultivation mechanism of the interdisciplinary.
