| In the context of building a sports power in the new era, private sports associations,as an important part of sports social organizations, have become an important force in the development of my country’s sports undertakings, and their governance level will directly affect the process of my country’s sports governance reform and development. In recent years, the number of private sports associations in our country has been increasing, but a considerable number of private sports associations are not yet perfect in their internal governance and are facing an internal governance crisis. In order to realize the healthy development of private sports associations,it is necessary to reform the internal governance of private sports associations.Only by regulating the internal governance can the sustainable and efficient development of private sports associations be promoted,so that they can better participate in sports governance. The article uses the method of literature, interview, observation and case analysis,on the basis of governance theory and subjectivity theory, combined with the actual development of my country’s private sports associations, and takes Xiangtan Dongfanghong mini marathon Running Association as the object of empirical research.,trying to push forward the thinking on the internal governance of private sports associations from the perspective of subjectivity from the theoretical "should" level to a more specific practical level. Finally, based on practical experience and theoretical basis, this paper proposes a path to optimize the internal governance of private sports associations. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Private sports associations are a non-profit social organization voluntarily initiated by private people and registered in the civil affairs department to the bottom end in order to realize the common sports will of their members.(2)Dongfanghong mini marathon Running Association is spontaneously organized by the grass-roots people, and has obvious "bottom-up" characteristics in the growth path.In the process of development,it has continuously strengthened its own construction, obtained social legitimacy and legal legitimacy, and transformed itself from a grassroots sports association to a private sports association with legal status.(3)As a well-developed private sports association, the Dongfanghong Micro Horse Running Association has a basically complete organizational structure and can perform their respective duties. It has formed a decision-making mechanism with leaders as the core and an incentive mechanism based on material and spiritual incentives.,The supervision mechanism is dominated by the Ministry of Supervision.(4)After obtaining legitimacy, the Dongfanghong Micro Horse Running Association has gained more space for independent development, but it is still quite different from the ideal internal governance goal.Internal governance still faces multiple difficulties such as the implementation of party building work, the government’s implicit control of associations, the lack of funds and human resources, and the weak decision-making mechanism and internal supervision mechanism. The imperfect party building work mechanism, unclear government functions, single source of funds, and inadequate supervision of governance bodies are the causes of the internal governance dilemma of private sports associations.(5)In the process of development of private sports associations,it is necessary to strengthen internal governance in order to realize the subjective development of private sports associations.Only by strengthening the construction of the party building work mechanism, expanding the sources of funds, optimizing the internal governance structure of the association, improving the quality and skills of the employees of the association, improving the internal decision-making mechanism, using multiple supervision methods simultaneously, and forming a joint force of supervision and other aspects can make changes and improvements to promote The healthy growth and positive release of the subjectivity of the internal governance of private sports associations. |
