| Physical fitness is a very important foundation for human daily life and sports exercise,and physical fitness mainly comes from the influence of innate genetic factors and acquired special training.The three aspects of physical fitness,athletic fitness and physical fitness together constitute physical fitness,and physical fitness is the most reflective indicator of physical fitness level among these indicators.Through daily physical exercise,children’s physical fitness can be well developed,and the physical fitness level is generally used to evaluate the physical fitness of the human body.Physical fitness is an extremely effective way to comprehensively improve human physique and athletic ability,while research shows that participating in reasonable sports exercise and sports activities can effectively improve people’s social adaptability,conducive to comprehensive development,in order to promote the comprehensive development of children’s moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic,it is necessary to provide physical training for children.Childhood is the initial stage of the body’s growth and development,and it is also the best period for the body’s growth and development.However,due to the different functions,functions and application scope of each physical training method,the traditional physical training method has obvious high competitive characteristics,and the traditional training mode has limitations and constraints,which makes physical training not advantageous in the process of children’s development.Therefore,how to choose effective and entertaining practice methods that conform to students’ physical and mental laws is particularly important today.This paper focuses on the interesting design and practice of physical training in physical education classrooms for children aged 7-9,and studies and analyzes the effect of implementation.This paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,observation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,aiming to provide valuable and operable reference for primary school physical education teachers to organize students to practice physical fitness.In terms of practical sense,children are in a period of rapid physical development,physical functions are not yet mature,which is the main stage of creating a material base,at this time scientific physical training helps to improve physical fitness,help children’s physical development and the coordinated development of physical functions.Exercise not only contributes to the excitability of the cerebral cortex,but also stimulates the nervous system to better coordinate and control muscle movements,thereby contributing to the development of nervous system function.In a theoretical sense,it provides a theoretical basis for the research of children’s physical training,which is suitable for children’s physical training,conforms to the laws and characteristics of physical development,and is conducive to the implementation of comprehensive development education such as moral education,intellectual education,physical education,and aesthetic education.Conclusion:(1)Through reasonable and interesting project settings,venue equipment layout and classroom grouping and other organizational methods,the exercise amount,maximum load intensity,classroom practice density,etc.of the experimental subjects have been improved compared with before,and the students’ physical fitness and athletic ability have also been significantly improved in all aspects,and the interesting physical training content has also achieved good learning results.(2)The implementation of fun physical training and the reasonable organization of the project have improved students’ interest in fun physical fitness,students’ initiative and enthusiasm for participating in physical education classroom teaching have been significantly improved,and students have gradually improved their interest in sports,which has positive significance for students to form good sports habits.(3)Through the 12-week experiment,the individual indicators of height,weight,lung capacity,50 m running,sitting forward bending and one-minute skipping rope in the "National Student Physical Health Standards" of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment.(4)After 12 weeks of organization and implementation of fun physical training,the physical shape and physical fitness of the experimental subjects were significantly improved,which fully confirmed that in the process of children’s growth,fun physical training obviously affected the enhancement of their physical fitness.Therefore,the application of interesting physical training to daily study and life can enrich students’ activity content on the one hand,and enhance students’ enthusiasm for participating in sports activities on the other hand,which is conducive to the implementation of lifelong sports. |
