| Science and technology is the primary productive force,and scientific and technological innovation has increasingly become an important symbol to highlight the comprehensive strength of the country.In recent years,China’s scientific and technological strength has been continuously improved,and significant original achievements have emerged in an endless stream.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities has been highly valued by the central and local governments.Our country has a huge market space and a wide application scenario,and the need for rapid upgrading.It is important and urgent to conduct the theoretical research and practical exploration on how to make full use of its advantages based on the innovation ecological perspective,to promote industrialization and scale of science and technology achievements in universities by the deep integration of industry,school and politics,and to develop the fast path of transformation of science and technology achievements.This thesis focuses on the optimization for the technology transfer in universities in the innovation ecosystem.Firstly,through analyzing the current status of scientific and technological achievements transformation in colleges and universities through real data,the existing problems and practical difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements were put forward,and then the application mechanism of innovation ecosystem in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities was expounded.On this basis,the paper analyzes the ecological function positioning and symbiotic cooperative mode of different subjects such as the government,universities and enterprises in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.The three-helix theory is used to construct a three-dimensional three-helix framework for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities from the perspective of innovation ecosystem.The multi-case analysis method is used to make an empirical analysis of the transformation path of scientific and technological achievements in three universities,so as to verify the scientificity and operability of the framework.Based on the model framework,the following suggestions are put forward for the optimization for the technology transfer in universities from the perspective of innovation ecosystem:(1)To reshape the main body of innovation ecology for the transformation of three-helix scientific and technological achievements,strengthen the value of policy coordination at the macro level of the government,the value of wealth production at the medium level of enterprises and the value of knowledge creation at the micro level of universities;(2)To construct an innovation ecological platform for the transformation of three-helix scientific and technological achievements,and to build innovation and entrepreneurship consortiums,online cloud platforms,incubation and transformation bases and other scientific and technological achievements transformation platforms;(3)To improve the innovation ecological mechanism of the three-helix technology transfer,and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through the mechanisms of interest linkage,collaborative transformation and value co-creation;(4)Expand the innovation ecological power of the four-helix and five-helix technology transfer,integrate social concerns and ecological environment into the spiral,and provide a broader perspective of innovation and sustainable future for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. |
