In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Lide Building People,and put forward the construction of "the key competencies of students' development",which is another reform in the field of education that adapts to the requirements of the times and the state for talents.From the perspective of students' development,history discipline also puts forward "key subject competencies of history",which requires the cultivation of students' five core literacy: historical materialism,space-time concept,historical data demonstration,historical interpretation and national feelings.Through the methods of literature research and case analysis,this paper focuses on the transformation of history teaching objectives from three-dimensional goals to key subject competencies.Through the definition of three-dimensional objectives and key subject competencies concepts,the comparative study of three-dimensional objectives and key subject competencies,this paper considers how to formulate thekey subject competencies of history.The research concludes that key subject competencies is the inevitable product of the development of the times.The development from three-dimensional goal to key subject competencies does not mean that the former teaching objectives are abandoned completely,Key subject competencies is a reinnovation based on inheritance of three-dimensional objectives,Both of them have the same value orientation,training objectives and training methods.They are all for the purpose of cultivating "all-round development person".However,the core quality of discipline further clarifies the connotation of "all-round development person" than the three-dimensional goal.At the same time,the development of history teaching objectives puts forward new requirements for history teachers to design teaching objectives.Teachers should comprehensively and thoroughly understand the connotation of "key subject competencies of historical" and analyze the teaching situation and content based on curriculum standards,so as to establish scientific,effective and measurable teaching objectives.History classroom is an important place for the formation of studentskey subjectcompetencies of history,and the formulation of classroom teaching objectives directly affects the implementation process and effect of classroom teaching,so the formulation of scientific and reasonable teaching objectives directly affects the implementation of key subject competencies of history.By exploring the development of historical teaching objectives and the formulation of teaching objectives under the key subject competencies of historical,on the one hand,it can study the characteristics of the development of teaching objectives and enrich the theory of the research of historical teaching objectives;on the other hand,it can help history teachers understand the connotation of key subject competencies of history disciplines correctly and provide guidance for the formulation of teaching objectives.
