| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that High-quality development is the first task of building a socialist modernization country in all respects.The situation at home and abroad is complex.China’s economy has entered a new situation.Traditional power has declined.Environmental resources constraints are tightening increasingly.And there are still many uncertainties in the international situation.Promoting high-quality economic development is an inevitable choice to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the economy,and it is also an inevitable requirement to follow the law of economic development.The gathering of high-tech industry and scientific and technological personnel can promote the rapid development of regional economy and lay a foundation for the high-quality development of regional economy.Therefore,this thesis has some theoretical and practical significance to analyze the impact of the high-tech industrial agglomeration and scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economy development.First,this thesis constructs an index system of high-quality economic development from five major development concepts,and calculates the index of high-quality economic development of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 using the method of entropy.Secondly,the panel model is built to analyze the non-linear impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration and scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economy development,and then the heterogeneity analysis,robustness test and extended analysis are carried out.Finally,this thesis summarizes the conclusions of the study,and make recommendations to promote high-quality economic development.The main conclusions are as follows: First,within the sample interval,the national average of high-quality economic development is a steady upward trend.From the spatial distribution map of high-quality economic development level,the higher level of high-quality economic development is mainly concentrated in southeastern China,with continuous and patchy distribution.Secondly,from the results of benchmark regression,the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration and scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economic development is non-linear.The level of government intervention and infrastructure construction have positive effects on the development of high-quality economy.The level of opening to the outside world has no positive effect on high-quality economic development,but a negative effect.Third,from the perspective of regional heterogeneity and heterogeneity of development level,there are differences in the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration and scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economic development.Fourth,the threshold regression model is used to carry out expansive analysis,and explore whether the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration or scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economic development presents a phased impact.It proves that there is a stage effect of hightech industrial agglomeration on high-quality economic development,and there is no stage effect of scientific and technological talent agglomeration on high-quality economic development. |
