With the continuous development of economy,people’s living standards are improving day by day,for the training of children,parents invest more and more money and energy.Among many abilities and accomplishments,reading ability is directly related to children’s cognition of the outside world and the growth of the inner world,which will accompany children’s life.At present,many enterprises specially develop online reading products to serve children’s reading habits.With the introduction of the double reduction policy,exam-oriented training institutions are under strict supervision,which guides and corrects parents’ behavior of cultivating their children,and also provides support for the development of children’s reading education market.J company is committed to on the basis of reading,key ability,the core of cultivating children’s literacy and children’s reading education product J reading light is a response to a diversified education,intelligent education APP products,to provide users with rich picture books reading and the diversity of cultural interaction link,recreation,let the child can cultivate reading literacy within the atmosphere of fun,it has become a good helper for many parents to develop reading habits and enrich their after-school life for their children.In the research of this thesis,the internal demand of the company as the starting point,gradually expand to the research of external users and competing products.First of all,through in-depth interviews,this thesis learned about the development,concept and product situation of the company from the person in charge of J Reading products,and learned about children’s reading cognition,product use and experience from the parents of J Reading products.Then,through the method of desktop research,the competitive products of the products were analyzed.According to the situation of competitive products in the market and the conclusion of in-depth investigation,the user satisfaction evaluation index system of children’s reading education products was constructed,and the questionnaire was designed.The QUESTIONNAIRE was issued and recovered with the help of THE CRM system of J Company.For the recovered data,this thesis explores parents’ cognition of children’s reading education with the help of word cloud and emotion analysis,analyzes children’s use of products,and parents’ decision-making path when choosing children’s reading education products.With the help of satisfaction evaluation index system and factor analysis,j-Reading user satisfaction analysis is carried out to seek secondary and tertiary index factors affecting products and put forward suggestions for improvement,and finally form the future development mode of J-reading and help the development and optimization of products and even enterprises.The specific conclusions are summarized as follows:1.At present,there are both opportunities and challenges in the market.The double-reduction policy is good for children’s reading education,which brings opportunities for the development of J reading.2.At present,parents’ cognition of exam-oriented education and training has changed,and children’s reading products,as a light educational product,are favored by parents and children.Parents hope to cultivate children’s reading literacy and habits.3.Compared with competing products,J-Reading lacks its own brand features,especially the fact that it is more entertaining than educational,which has been criticized by some parents.Meanwhile,the product’s imperfect functions and lack of detailed functions such as eye protection mode and intelligent skipping are also a pain point for J-Reading.In view of the above research findings,combined with the specific situation of J Company,this thesis gives the countermeasures and suggestions as follows:1.Content replenishment and innovation,to meet users’ needs,especially priority to supplement the functional design that users are calling for;2.Service tracking and upgrading,building users’ minds,strengthening product service perception,and shaping users’ brand awareness;3.Carry out the company culture,establish the ownership of the enterprise,and increase the enthusiasm of internal employees for work innovation.
