| The subject is the core and key element of the evaluation.Under the concept of multiple values,the basic education curriculum reform requires the construction of an educational evaluation system with multiple subjects.To comprehensive quality evaluation,the participation of multiple subjects is not only an integrant part,but also a booster for its sustainable and normal development.The research on the dilemma of multi-subject participation in the comprehensive quality evaluation,conforms to the requirements of basic education curriculum reform,and is in line with the development direction of educational evaluation concepts,and is also a realistic demand for evaluation reform.Based on the fourth generation of evaluation theory,activity theory and multiple intelligence theory,the activity model of multi-subject participation in evaluation is constructed,including five elements.Centering on these elements,taking the teachers,students,and parents of three middle schools in Zunyi City as the research objects,the interview method and physical analysis method were used to deeply investigate the practical dilemma of multiple-subject participating in comprehensive quality evaluation.The results show that there are the following dilemmas: insufficient cognition,limited ability,and isolation between subjects in Subject element;the cumbersome and solidified content and insufficient course activities in Object element;the traditional culture of examinations and the inoperative explicit rules in Rule element;reliance on evaluation system,lack of operational evaluation guidelines,and training mismatch in Tool element;unclarified work and unimplemented division of labor in Division element.To break through the dilemma of multiple subjects participating in the comprehensive quality evaluation,we can improve from the following aspects:First,change the evaluation view of multiple subjects and break the cognitive limitations.The second is to improve the evaluation ability of multiple subjects.The third is to optimize the evaluation content,enrich the curriculum and teaching activities.The fourth is to build an evaluation community with multi-subject cooperation.Fifth,improve the explicit system,so that multiple subjects have rules to follow.At last,break through the dilemma of evaluation tools and improve the efficiency of multi-subject participation in evaluation. |
