| Ideological and political education plays a role in personal growth and national future.It is very important to dig all kinds of resources including local celebrities and use them properly,if we want to foster teenagers who are helpful to build our motherland.Local celebrities in Liling is spiritual wealth and material carrier which are created by Liling people through history.It is the vivid textbook to shape thoughts and political ideas among primary and secondary school students.It is also inexhaustible source to cultivate spiritual strength for them.Based on obvious functions of local celebrities,the author adopt documentary method,questionnaire method and interview method.It is the object in the paper to research moral educational resources of local celebrities in Liling.The paper is aim to analyze the value of ideological and political education among primary and secondary school students by dig their outstanding achievement and spiritual cores.The author wants to find out some solutions to form moral and educational mechanism that is proper and regular.The main parts of Ideological and political education should explore new ways according to resource in hand.It is a long-term and complex job to paly a part in ideological and political education for students by local celebrities.It is not enough to use single strength and we must do it together to join forces.The author realized some practices that was tried by government,school and families.Also,it is found that there are many problems are caused due to defective mechanism,asymmetrical supply and demand or indistinctive effect.Based on questionnaire survey,the author come up with differrent solutions and mechanism for families,schools and society.It is aim to give advice to build a trinity model for ideological and political education and make it come to life and thus promote comprehensive development for students. |
