Research On The Cultivation Of Digital Literacy For College Students

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has made a major decision to build a strong online country and a digital China strategy,emphasizing the need to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,continuously improve the development level of China’s digital society,and improve the digital literacy and skills of the whole people.In this context,as an important force in promoting the future modernization of the country,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the cultivation of digital literacy among college students.College students’ digital literacy refers to the collection of digital awareness,digital content creation,digital communication and application,digital security,digital ethics and norms and other qualities and capabilities that college students should possess in the digital era.This article uses literature research,survey research,and interdisciplinary research methods to conduct research.It is concluded that the current digital literacy cultivation work for college students has achieved certain results,manifested in the improvement of their digital sensitivity,digital acquisition and communication abilities,as well as their awareness of digital ethics.However,there are also some problems,including weak digital innovation ability,insufficient digital application ability,weak awareness of digital security,and prominent digital anomie.This is an urgent need to take the cultivation of digital literacy of college students as a comprehensive and basic project,and organize the country,society,colleges,families,college students themselves and other forces to cooperate to cultivate.This article follows the logical approach of "what-why-how" and is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This section mainly elaborates on the background of the topic selection,the theoretical and practical significance of the topic selection,the current research status and commentary at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,as well as the main problems and innovations of the research.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis for research.Firstly,elaborate on relevant concepts such as "literacy","digital literacy",and "digital literacy of college students".Secondly,the theoretical basis for the cultivation of digital literacy among college students is explained from three dimensions: the relevant theories of Marxist classical writers,the important discourse of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the main views of relevant western scholars,so as to find the theoretical support for this paper.The third part is the theoretical and practical logic of cultivating digital literacy among college students.Elaborate on the necessity and importance of cultivating digital literacy among college students from both theoretical and practical dimensions.The fourth part is an analysis of the current situation of cultivating digital literacy among college students.Through investigation and research,we aim to understand the current situation,main problems,and causes of digital literacy cultivation among college students,providing a prerequisite and foundation for proposing strategies for cultivating digital literacy among college students.The fifth part is the focus and foothold of this paper,which mainly expounds the strategy of the college students’ digital literacy cultivation.It is proposed to adhere to the principle of combining orientation and science,theory and practice,and dominance and subjectivity.Improve the main content of cultivation,from strengthening the top level of the digital literacy cultivation design,create the strong atmosphere of digital literacy cultivation,explore the effective digital literacy cultivation mode,strengthen digital literacy cultivation supervision and guidance,play to the main role of digital literacy cultivation five aspects to further optimize the practice of college students’ digital literacy cultivation path.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.Summarize and summarize the main content of this article,and propose research conclusions and main viewpoints.At the same time,elaborate on the issues that need further in-depth research,in order to provide certain reference and reference for future research on related issues.
