Research On The Integration Of National Defense Education Into Primary School Classroom Teaching

Pupils are the hope and main force of national defense construction in the future.National defense education for pupils through classroom teaching is an inevitable measure to implement national defense education,enhance national defense strength,promote comprehensive and balanced development of students,and guide students to establish patriotic ideals.The purpose of this study is to discuss the necessity and possibility of integrating national defense education into primary school classroom teaching,and to analyze the current situation of integrating national defense education into primary school classroom teaching through questionnaire survey and interview survey by taking Chinese,Mathematics,Morality and Law as examples,and to draw the main findings and reason analysis of the survey.On this basis,the strategy of integrating national defense education into primary school classroom teaching is put forward.Finally,the application case of integrating national defense education into primary school classroom teaching is shown to make the text content more specific and understandable.In addition,the introduction and summary part of the relevant theories of this subject are supplemented,with a view to laying a theoretical foundation for the national defense education into primary school classroom teaching.It provides theoretical support for national defense construction and improves the effectiveness of national defense education in primary schools.Based on the above research paths,the main conclusions of this study are as follows.First,the integration of national defense education into primary school classroom teaching is an inevitable measure to adapt the needs of the development of the times and the inherent requirement of the theory of well-rounded personal development,it is the norm and requirement of national laws,guiding principle for education,compulsory education curriculum standards and national policy documents.Moreover,judging from the textbooks,the textbooks for pupils contain abundant national defense elements and provide basic learning materials and some activity designs,from the perspective of curriculum resources,the resources of places,human resources,teaching equipment and information can promote the better integration of national defense education and subject teaching activities,many classical teaching theories provide the theoretical basis.From the perspective of laws and policies,the Constitution,the Education Law,the National Defense Law,the National Defense Education Law and a number of major guiding documents all provide necessary help and support for the integration of national defense education into primary school classroom teaching.From the perspective of internal connection,the goal of national defense education and classroom teaching is consistent,coupled in nature and convenient in way,so the integration of national defense education into primary school classroom teaching is indispensable and has strong theoretical feasibility.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of 337 pupils,through the comparison of mean value,independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance,combined with the interview of 11 experienced teachers of Chinese,Mathematics,Morality and Law,it is found that the national defense literacy of pupils are at the medium level,and there is still a large space for improvement of national defense knowledge and military skills.The national defense literacy of pupils is affected by gender,grade and surrounding military groups.Most students believe that national defense education in primary school is necessary and are willing to receive national defense education in class.They are highly enthusiastic about national defense education,but there are many helplessness for the teachers.The situation of national defense education in Chinese,Mathematics,Morality and Law classes in primary schools is not optimistic.Teachers and schools attach great importance to national defense education but need systematic guidance and support.Thirdly,the author puts forward teaching suggestions from the following four aspects.From the perspective of teaching objectives,we should attach importance to the content and requirements of the outline of national defense education,reflect certain national defense knowledge objectives,national defense capability objectives and national defense concept objectives when clarifying the teaching objectives,take moral cultivation as the fundamental orientation,and conform to the core quality,general objectives and learning section objectives in the curriculum standards of compulsory education.From the perspective of teaching design,emphasis should be placed on guiding teaching design with "big concepts" and "big units",on selecting teaching content,on adopting diversified teaching methods to improve the pertinence of national defense education content,and avoiding such wrong tendencies as extreme,"cramming teaching" and "whole course of national defense education".From the perspective of teaching implementation,it is necessary to stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the classroom links such as lead-in,new-teaching,summary and homework.From the perspective of teaching investigation and evaluation,we can improve the investigation and evaluation methods through flexible investigation methods,diversified evaluation subjects and diversified evaluation methods.In addition,it needs the support of students,parents,schools,relevant departments to provide external guarantee for teaching activities.Fourth,in order to make the dissertation’s content more specific and understandable through the demonstration of cases,taking the Chinese "Five Heroes of Langya Mountain",Mathematics "Lesson 2 of Position and Direction(II)",and Morality and Law "Don’t Forget the National Humiliation" as examples,the relevant content of national defense education is integrated into the teaching design,and the teaching practice is summarized and reconsidered.
