| The documents such as the Action Plan for Education Informationization 2.0have been issued successively,marking that the development of education informationization in our country has officially entered the 2.0 era characterized by "education-oriented,integrated innovation,systematic promotion and leading development".In the new era,teachers and students’ information literacy and application ability of information technology should be comprehensively improved,and the deep integration of modern information technology and education in the new era should be actively promoted.As an important cornerstone of educational informatization,the relationship between digital educational resources and education and teaching determines whether educational informatization can be promoted smoothly,and its role and position cannot be underestimated.Based on this,this study takes junior high school teachers as the main investigation objects to investigate the application and influencing factors of digital educational resources at the present stage,so as to explore strategies to promote the effective application of resources.First of all,the core concept(connotation and classification)of digital education resources is defined by combing relevant literature,and a "framework of influencing factors for the application of digital education resources for teachers" is constructed,including five levels of "school","digital education resources","teachers","learning situation" and "society",so as to clarify the research dimension and compile corresponding research tools accordingly.Secondly,in terms of research activities,the main subjects are junior middle school teachers in N City.Through questionnaire survey,the application environment,application atmosphere and teachers’ application awareness and ability are used to understand the current application status of digital educational resources.With F school as the object of investigation,field investigation(interview method,observation method)is used to understand the actual situation of the application of digital educational resources from the aspects of application type and actual demand,and the shortcomings of questionnaire survey are supplemented.Finally,according to the survey results,the current situation and influencing factors of the application of digital educational resources for junior middle school teachers are clarified,the existing problems and causes are analyzed,and optimization strategies are proposed accordingly.The survey results show that the overall application of digital educational resources by junior middle school teachers presents a positive development trend,and the actual teaching effect and teaching demand are the main factors affecting the selection and continuous use of digital educational resources by junior middle school teachers.However,there are also some problems in the application process of relevant resources:(1)At the school level,the support of educational informatization software and hardware conditions needs to be improved,the promotion measures lack innovation and pertinence,and the corresponding incentive mechanism needs to be improved;(2)Teachers’ information literacy and application ability need to be improved;(3)At the resource supply level,the quality and convenience of resources and the intensity of resource construction need to be improved;(4)At the learning level,it is easy to ignore students’ feelings and the training for students’ information literacy is insufficient;(5)At the social level,the application guarantee system of exponential educational resources needs to be further improved,including activity promotion and system guarantee.The optimization strategies proposed in response to the problems include improving the construction of information environment,strengthening the construction of educational resources,and focusing on improving the information literacy of teachers and students,which involve the construction and optimization of information network,construction and management of educational resources,training and promotion of information literacy of teachers and students,and system guarantee. |
