In 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education,which proposed to strengthen the construction of the teaching team for the integration of industry and education.Support technical and managerial talents from enterprises to teach in vocational schools,and encourage vocational schools to cooperate with large and medium-sized enterprises in building "double-qualified" teachers training bases.In the following three years,the State Council issued a number of documents that repeatedly emphasized the need to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges,take multiple measures to build a "double-qualified" teacher team.As the localization creation of vocational education in our country,"double-qualified" teachers has always been the focus and difficulty of vocational college education.This article takes the current situation of the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province as the research object,and uses literature analysis method,text analysis method,mixed research method,try to analyze the current situation of the construction of " double-qualified " teachers in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,find the existing problems and causes,and put forward the combination of industry and education background Corresponding improvement countermeasures.It is stated that strengthening the construction of "doublequalified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges is carried out under the background of the national policy guidance to deepen the integration of industry and education,the economic drive of industrial structure transformation and upgrading and the endogenous drive of connotative development in higher vocational colleges.Through data analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,such as the lack of smooth training channels between schools and enterprises,the lack of part-time teachers,unclear definition of the meaning of "double-qualified" teachers and so on.Based on the analysis of problems and reasons,this study proposes that we should start from four aspects: strengthening the introduction of talents,increasing the training of teachers,implementing the status of corporate participation as the main body,improving the school-enterprise joint training of "double-qualified" teacher responsibility mechanisms,and strengthening institutional guarantees.Provide suggestions and references for better construction of a "double-qualified" teacher faculty in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.
