Research On The Design And Application Of CJ University MBA Education Management Information Syste

In China,MBA education has become a unique member of postgraduate education with characteristics of marketization and internationalization.It not only undertakes the functions of cultural dissemination,scientific research,talent training,and social services in universities but also completes the task of independent enrollment and profitability of MBA students.In this context,MBA programs in various universities face severe domestic and foreign market competition,international certification rankings,and brand building pressures.The application of information technology to achieve differentiated competitive advantages has become the choice of many organizations,especially for MBA education.Information technology provides strong support for management work in areas such as information sharing,process optimization,data decision-making,work efficiency improvement,and management cost reduction.It can more effectively solve the difficulties in MBA education management caused by part-time student management,diversified teaching,and extensive teacher sources.Therefore,information construction is inevitably the only way to improve the quality of MBA education and promote its development.This thesis combines the development goals of CJ University’s MBA education,analyzes its information management status and existing problems,and determines the design direction of "unified platform and same database" guided by the Nolan stage model.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with users,the requirements and content of the new system construction for CJ University’s MBA management were determined.A set of information systems suitable for CJ University’s MBA management was designed,including four subsystems: enrollment management,teaching management,thesis management,and alumni management,containing 43 sub-functional modules.At the same time,the application effects of each subsystem that has been implemented are analyzed,the management differences before and after the systematic application are compared,which explains the role and value of the designed system in solving the actual management problems of MBA,and it is an important means to achieve comprehensive improvement of CJ University’s MBA management level,enhance the competitiveness and influence of MBA programs.
