Teaching and research work is an important support to ensure the quality of basic education,and plays an irreplaceable and important role in improving the quality of basic education in China.Elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province are one of the main bodies of teaching and research work,and play a crucial leading role in improving the teaching quality of elementary school physical education subjects in Jilin Province.Studying the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at the county(district)level in Jilin Province is conducive to promoting their professional development,and is also important for the training and personal development of teachers and researchers.This study takes the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province as the research object,extracts the knowledge elements that elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province should have based on the literature research,combines the expert interview method,classifies and integrates the extracted knowledge elements,and initially forms the Questionnaire on the Knowledge Composition of Primary School Physical Education Teachers and Researchers at County(District)Level in Jilin Province;through the expert consultation method and Based on the knowledge composition,one is to use the hierarchical analysis method to assign weights to various types of knowledge,determine the state of knowledge structure that elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province should have,and explore the interrelationship of various types of knowledge based on the results of weights,as a way to evaluate the knowledge of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province.The second is to prepare the Self-assessment Questionnaire on the Knowledge Structure of Primary School Physical Education Teachers and Researchers at County(District)Level in Jilin Province based on the knowledge composition of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province,to investigate the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province,and to conduct description and difference analysis;the third is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province.The third is to make an overall evaluation of the knowledge structure level of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The findings of the study on the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at the county(district)level in Jilin Province are as follows:(1)The knowledge structure that elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at the county(district)level in Jilin Province should have includes 4 primary elements and 18 secondary elements;the results of knowledge weighting for each category are,in descending order,subject basic knowledge(0.412)> physical education teaching knowledge(0.293)> education management knowledge(0.187)> education research knowledge(0.108);it presents horizontal and vertical hierarchy;it highlights the broad and solid basic knowledge of the discipline,emphasizes the knowledge of educational management and physical education teaching knowledge which is rich in its characteristic knowledge as a full-time post-service physical education teacher training expert,and also requires the knowledge of educational research which is at the forefront of the discipline,accessing the latest policy information and achievements,and overcoming the difficulties of scientific research.It is dynamic and capable of timely self-regulation of the knowledge structure to help Jilin County(district)level elementary school physical education teacher-researcher to give full play to the professional role function that should be assumed.(2)The actual knowledge structure possessed by elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province is subject to the differences in gender,education level,years of teaching and research,and job title;the overall knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at county(district)level in Jilin Province is in the better range,and from the scores of the first-level knowledge elements,physical education teaching knowledge > education management knowledge >subject basic knowledge > education research knowledge.Among them,knowledge of educational research has a low score,and there is still room for improvement.The research on the knowledge structure of elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at the county(district)level in Jilin Province suggests the following:(1)The knowledge structure that elementary school physical education teachers and researchers at the county(district)level in Jilin Province should have can be applied to the construction and management of the teaching and research team,and provide reference for the formulation of standards for recruitment,introduction,and assessment;the survey of training needs and the design of relevant courses can be carried out to clarify the direction and focus of training;the concept of knowledge structure can be clarified,and the gaps in their own knowledge can be checked and filled in a timely manner.(2)Jilin Province,county(district)level elementary school physical education teachers and researchers to enhance the actual possession of knowledge structure,one is to focus on the training content in the training,improve the training effect;the second is to improve the exchange mechanism,and promote the sharing of high-quality teaching and research resources.
