| Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,the root of survival and the key to getting rid of poverty.Rural labor employment is an important way for farmers to integrate into society,is an important guarantee to achieve self-worth,enhance happiness and maintain economic stability,is the key content of poverty alleviation work,but also the key to the realization of rural revitalization.With the accelerating process of marketization and urbanization in China,a large number of rural surplus labor has been transferred to urban non-agricultural sectors,resulting in more and more serious problems of rural hollowing out,agricultural marginalization and farmers’ aging.The problems of rural labor force such as non-employment,slow employment and slow employment are prominent,which hinder the realization of high-quality employment of rural labor force.The employment quality of rural labor force is the standard to measure the speed and quality of rural economic and social development.Improving the employment quality of rural labor force can not only improve the quality of life of farmers,but also promote the high-quality development of rural economy.We will promote rural revitalization in an all-round way and achieve common prosperity.Based on the analysis of the existing literature at home and abroad,this thesis combs the theory of empowerment and the improvement of employment quality,and constructs a theoretical model for improving the employment quality of rural labor force from the perspective of empowerment behavior.through the field investigation of 8 townships in Huocheng County,Yili Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region,combined with the existing literature,the evaluation index system of rural labor employment quality is constructed,and the econometric method is used at the same time.Using SPSS19.0and AMOS22.0 analysis tools,this thesis constructs the rural labor force employment quality improvement model and structural equation model,and makes an empirical analysis on the impact of rural labor force on employment quality improvement in the process of employment from the perspective of empowerment behavior.At the same time,three representative cases are selected to analyze the logic of improving the employment quality of rural labor force based on enabling behavior.It not only provides a reference for the rural labor force in Huocheng County to achieve higher quality employment,but also plays a reference significance for the measures to improve the employment quality of rural labor force in other parts of the country.Through the research,this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)strengthening the empowering behavior of rural labor force employment plays an important role in improving employment quality,and helps rural labor force to improve employment governance and achieve high-quality employment.(2)the rural labor force with higher educational background,higher professional grade certificate and better job position performs better in career development and working environment,while the rural labor force with low educational background,low grade certificate and poor job position only performs well in the protection of rights and interests,while others are relatively weak.(3)empowering behavior can promote the employment quality of rural labor force.The lack of employability of rural labor force is the key factor to limit the improvement of employment quality.Strengthening the empowering behavior of rural labor force employment will significantly improve the employment quality of rural labor force.Among them,technological empowerment and psychological empowerment have a significant positive impact on the salary and benefits,working environment and career development of rural labor force.Institutional empowerment has a significant positive impact on the salary and benefits,working environment,career development and rights and interests protection of rural labor force,while technological empowerment and psychological empowerment have no significant impact on the protection of rural labor rights and interests.(4)the realization logic of improving the employment quality of rural labor force based on empowering behavior.Abundant material capital,human capital,characteristic industry and human capital have laid a realistic foundation for the improvement of employment quality of rural labor force in Huocheng County.According to the hypothesis of rational economic man,the empowering behavior of the government,the market,social organizations and the rural labor market in pursuit of the greatest interests is the source of power to improve the quality of employment,and the institutional guarantee of the government provides strong support.therefore,with the joint participation of multiple subjects,the employability and employment quality of rural labor force in Huocheng County has been improved. |
