A Study Of Female Community Workers’ Participation In Community Emotional Governance

Community emotional governance can harmonise relationships between community members and soften power structure relations through intervention in the process of community emotional reproduction.During the prevention and control of the New Crown epidemic,female community workers gave full play to their strengths and actively participated in community emotional governance,combining emotional governance with institutionalised governance,effectively improving community governance and making outstanding contributions to community epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,in the new era,actively exploring the advantages,dilemmas and solutions of female community workers’ participation in community emotional governance will not only help to improve the level of community emotional governance,but also help to clarify the ways and means for female community workers to participate in emotional governance and give greater value to it.This paper examines the participation of female community workers in community emotional governance,taking female community workers in L community in N city as the research object.Using a combination of case study and interview methods,it explores the necessity,process,effects and dilemmas faced by female community workers in participating in community emotional governance in conjunction with the emotional governance of female community workers during the epidemic prevention and control period,and proposes recommendations for female community workers to participate in community emotional governance in conjunction with the research.The study also proposes suggestions for women community workers to participate in the emotional governance of the community.The study finds that the need for emotional governance in community governance has been further enhanced due to new challenges such as the emergence of negative public sentiments,crisis of social trust,insufficient attention to vulnerable groups and difficulties in consolidating consensus on prevention and control during the epidemic.Women community workers are more emotional,attentive and patient,so they have an advantage in emotional governance and can use a variety of emotional governance methods to participate in community emotional governance.However,in the process of participating in community emotional governance,female community workers still face several dilemmas,including emotional control,the failure of emotional governance;stereotypes,which affects work efficiency;and the lack of distinction between public and private,which significantly increases work pressure.In response to the dilemmas faced by female community workers participating in community emotional governance,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimising female community workers’ emotional governance under the normalisation of epidemic prevention and control,specifically by clarifying This paper proposes suggestions for optimising the emotional governance of female community workers under the normalisation of epidemic prevention and control.This paper has positive implications for women community workers to better participate in community governance and to improve the emotional governance of the community.
