| Under the background of cultural embellishment of Xinjiang and rural revitalization,rural education has special value and significance in the work of Xinjiang in the new era.As a “country in a village”,village schools in ethnic areas are not only the main position for shaping the Chinese national community identity of students of all ethnic group and cultivating the feelings of the Chinese people,it should also become an important base station for the implementation of cultural influence on the entire village community.This work for the realization of the overall goal of Xinjiang plays a key role.Therefore,focusing on the educational practice of village schools in southern Xinjiang,it is particularly necessary to explore their actions,processes and mechanisms in the development of villages.According to the pre-research findings of village education,there is a“small hand-in-hand” type of children on the family“cultural feedback” effect of the phenomenon,give research inspiration,think about whether there is“cultural feedback” effect in the school field that students live in and the village field that their families live in? The research mainly takes a southern Xinjiang ethnic village school as the research object,through the field investigation method,to discuss and analyze the policy of benefiting the people in education,the education of national common language,the education of “five identities”,the interaction between family and school of “Small hand holding big hand”,and the cooperation with village committee,etc.,it is found that the school is located in the physical space of the village,but it surpasses the local level.After absorbing enough “Nutrition” and developing into a modern school,it is in the interaction of the village,actively exert the function of cultural influence on the whole village,showing obvious spillover effect,it forms the practice mode of “cultural feedback” of village school education and the new type of the relationship between village school and community in southern Xinjiang.The practice mode of“cultural feedback” of school education to villages mainly includes the following mechanism:(1)the continuous investment of educational policy resources implemented by the state in southern Xinjiang is the early material foundation of cultural feedback of school education in villages;(2)the implementation of the national common language education is an important spirit or cultural carrier for the cultural feedback of village school education,and also a prerequisite for villages in southern Xinjiang to consciously move towards modernization;(3)the village school carries out the“Five identities” education in various forms,which is the core of the back-feeding of the village school education culture(4)the work system arrangement of“Small hand holding Big Hand” series from school to village is the key mechanism for village schools to exert cultural feedback to the outside community,this mechanism enables the mainstream culture of the country to influence the family through the students who shuttle back and forth between the family and the school,thus producing the same frequency resonance in the villages under the acquaintance society,and extending to the entire village and its surroundings,(5)the psychological tendency of “Identity”consciousness gradually formed in the villages is the localization footnote of “folk success theory”,(6)the cooperation and interaction with the village committee will help to enhance and enlarge the effectiveness of the village school education practice,which is the synergy link of cultural feedback.“Cultural feedback” has three levels of meaning in the study.First,the original meaning of“cultural feedback”,that is,the young generation in the southern Xinjiang villages began to have cultural influence on their parents under the influence of educational practice in schools.Second,from the perspective of the relationship between school and community,k primary school in this case is nourished by the local culture,but with the development of village school education practice,it gradually plays the function of cultural output and influence on the village,a new type of relationship between school and community has been formed.Third,the state has given a great deal of material and institutional support to village schools in ethnic areas,and through the development of modern education,they have exerted an influence on the local society,Economy and culture,promote local social transformation and change. |
