| As the basis of vocational education system,secondary vocational education is very important to the overall development of vocational education.With the continuous changes of society and education,secondary vocational education is facing more and more challenges.How to deal with these challenges,improve the quality of secondary vocational education,and promote the better growth of students is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Teachers are an important subject of school education.Improving the level of teachers is the key to improving the quality and efficiency of secondary vocational education.Teachers’ professional development is the core of improving the overall level of teachers and plays a crucial role in their high-quality development.Teachers in secondary vocational schools are faced with problems such as job burnout and lack of initiative,and their professional development is in urgent need of a new path.However,teacher leadership advocates empower teachers with more rights,stimulate teachers’ active initiative,make teachers have a sense of teamwork,and make new responses to teacher professional development.Previous researches on teacher leadership mostly focus on compulsory and higher education,and lack of researches on secondary vocational school teachers.Under the background that vocational education is in urgent need of high-quality development,it is of great significance to study secondary vocational teacher leadership.In the process of school reform,teachers should become an excellent practitioner and an excellent leader.The process of teachers’ growing into teachers’ leaders is also the process of teachers’ professional development.This study collects and analyzes domestic and foreign literature through literature research,and has a deep understanding of the concept,role,influencing factors and development of teacher leadership,and thus determines the theoretical basis,research methods and research ideas of the study.In the early stage of the study,a large number of literatures were analyzed and the "Model Standards for Teacher Leadership" published by the American Alliance for The Exploration of Teacher Leadership in 2011 was localized in combination with the characteristics of domestic vocational education.Finally,a theoretical framework consisting of seven dimensions including teamwork ability,joint research ability,professional development ability,teaching and learning improvement ability,data collection and analysis ability,home-school-enterprise cooperation ability,and student development ability was determined,and the semi-structured interview outline was compiled.In the research stage,take the orientation of qualitative case study method,in-depth X secondary vocational school,through the three respectively in teacher development,maturation and expert early stage representative teachers in-depth interviews,participatory observation,collect the relevant information the way to build the three case teacher in seven dimensions in practice ability.Second,through the above landscape construction and the practice of interpretation from multiple perspectives found X secondary vocational school teachers there are leadership team lack of initiative,lack of the ability to collect and analysis data,to enhance research consciousness,professional development ability is insufficient,improve teaching and learning strategy remains to be perfect,home university-enterprise cooperation ability to promote and develop the students consciousness of the problem of insufficient.Through the research and analysis,it is found that the above problems are caused by the influencing factors such as the deviation in understanding the connotation of teachers’ leadership,low professional identity,limited school support,unenhanced self-promotion awareness and undemocratic school management.Actively construct are presented with the above problems and influencing factors of learning community,improve secondary vocational teachers’ professional identity,to carry out the system of teacher leadership training,to provide sufficient support for teachers,school management innovation mode of teacher leadership promotion strategy,in order to promote meaningful Suggestions of secondary vocational teachers’ leadership. |
