| In the context of physical education reform in the new era,the exploration of physical education methods has shown a vigorous development.However,at present,college basketball option class teaching is difficult to meet students’ multi-level learning needs.Action-oriented teaching method is centered on students’ activities and encourages students to cooperate and investigate,and construct knowledge and skill system independently.Based on this,this thesis applies the action-oriented teaching method to college basketball option class teaching,explores the feasibility and application effect of this method in college basketball option class teaching,and proposes optimization strategies.It aims to bring into play the value of action-oriented teaching method in basketball option course,meet students’ personalized learning needs,and provide some theoretical reference and practical experience for the reform of college basketball course teaching.This thesis adopts teaching experiment method,literature method,questionnaire method,etc.Two basketball option course teaching classes of China University of Mining and Technology Class 2021 were randomly selected as experimental subjects.The experimental variables were strictly controlled during the experiment,and the experimental class(action-oriented teaching method)and the control class(traditional physical education teaching method)were set up for a period of 12 weeks and 24 hours of basketball teaching experiment.Through experimental comparison,the effect of action-oriented teaching method in college basketball option course was explored,and the influencing factors and optimization strategies of action-oriented teaching method applied in college basketball option course teaching were proposed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)The action-oriented teaching method has no significant effect on improving the physical quality of college students compared with the traditional physical education method(p>0.05).the physical quality of college students is related to the schedule of basketball courses,life habits and exercise habits.(2)The full-court marching pass and catch of the students in the experimental class was significantly better than that in the control class(p<0.01),and the action-oriented teaching method could effectively improve the students’ passing and catching ability and cooperation ability.(3)The students’ interest in basketball learning in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class(p<0.05),and the application of actionoriented teaching method in basketball course teaching can stimulate students’ passion for learning,improve students’ classroom participation,and transform students’ attitude towards sports learning,which has been widely recognized by students.(4)The cooperative spirit and affective performance of students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class(p<0.05),and the action-oriented teaching method could effectively improve students’ cooperation and expression awareness and make students develop comprehensively.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the action-oriented teaching method did not significantly improve the physical quality of students,but it had a significant positive impact on the learning of cooperative techniques,basketball learning interest,cooperative consciousness and expressive consciousness.In summary,the introduction of action-oriented teaching method into college basketball option courses can significantly improve students’ interest in basketball learning and practice and their cooperative awareness and expression ability,Meet students’ multi-level learning needs,which in turn improves students’ basketball skills,improves the quality of basketball teaching,and promotes students’ overall development.Based on the above findings,the following recommendations are made:(1)When using action-oriented teaching method,it is necessary to fully grasp the theoretical basis,implementation steps and precautions of action-oriented teaching method.(2)When using action-oriented teaching method,students should be reasonably grouped according to their actual skill mastery,and various grouping methods should be combined to improve students’ participation in class.(3)Physical education teachers should reasonably arrange classroom tasks according to the basic basketball skills of college students,monitor the learning and practicing process,and improve students’ autonomy in physical education learning.(4)When applying the action-oriented teaching method,multiple evaluation methods should be combined to give students objective and fair evaluation. |
