Cureent Research On The Capital Building Of Supportive Social Organizations

Supporting social organizations,one of the main force in the incubation and cultivation of social organizations,are not only provide public services for social organizations,but also take the responsibility of supervising social organizations,becoming the main undertaking force for the government to "streamline administration and delegate power" in the field of civil society organizations.Therefore,supporting social organization capacity building is an important participatory force to promote the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.Which requires the government to guide the supporting social organizations as the "third sector" to participate in the process of social governance,and give full play to the role of supporting social organizations in providing public products and services.This paper aims to carry out a research on X social work institution in Hohhot from the perspective of exploring and enhancing the organizational capacity buildingof supporting social organization,by combining literature research with field research.This paper systematically discusses the path selection and the details of capacity building from three aspects of institutional policy,organizational development and professional practice.Based on the actual situation of X social work institution's capacity building and its macro environment,this paper analyzes the questions between X social work institution and the government,which including the interaction,organizational development and professional practice in the process of institutional capacity building.
