Research On Food Safety Supervision Of School Canteen In Zhonglou District Changzhou City

Food safety is an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Food safety in school canteens is related to the health and life safety of hundreds of millions of students.It is of great significance to strengthen food safety supervision in school canteens.In this context,based on the seamless government supervision theory and the overall governance theory,the problems in the food safety supervision of school canteens in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City are studied to find and solve the hidden dangers and risks of food safety in school canteens in Zhonglou District,and improve the effectiveness of school food safety supervision and the level of school food safety.Through interviews with supervisors and surveys of the public,it was found that there were problems such as lax school food safety supervision standards,insufficient supervisors,low professional level of supervisors,single supervision form,insufficient supervision strength,backward supervision means,inadequate use of inspection and detection technology and lack of social supervision.Through analysis,the reasons for many problems in the food safety supervision of school canteens in Zhonglou District are analyzed,mainly including: the local school food safety supervision laws and regulations are not perfect,the supervision team is not stable,the staffing is not reasonable,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,the food safety comprehensive coordination mechanism is not smooth,the financial funds are insufficient,and the social co-governance atmosphere is weak.Learn from the experience of the first batch of food safety demonstration cities in China,such as Shenzhen,Weihai and Xi’an,in the food safety supervision of school canteens,and propose targeted countermeasures to improve the food safety supervision of school canteens in Zhonglou District,Changzhou: improve construction of local school food safety supervision standards,improve the normative requirements of regional school food safety supervision,and promote the establishment of local school food safety standards;Strengthen the construction of supervision team,optimize the allocation of supervision personnel,and improve the level of professional supervision;Improve the grass-roots supervision mechanism,deepen the comprehensive coordination mechanism of food safety,and improve the joint law enforcement mechanism of school food safety;Increase supervision funds and technical investment,build a comprehensive supervision information platform,and strengthen the application of inspection and detection technology;We will build a social co-governance system,strengthen food safety education,broaden public participation channels,and give play to the guiding role of industry associations...
