| In recent years,China has issued a series of sports-related regulations and regulations,and has achieved quite good results in enhancing the national physique,developing sports,and vigorously promoting the construction of a strong sports country and a healthy China.In the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),the curriculum objectives for each level are proposed to increase interest in sports.As an important part of education,school sports is also an important branch of sports,and there are phenomena such as students’ low enthusiasm and enthusiasm for sports learning.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the learning enthusiasm of junior high school students in the process of physical education,and put forward countermeasures,and how to further enhance the interest of junior high school students in physical exercise and develop lifelong physical exercise habits has become an urgent problem to be solved.On this basis,according to the theory of achievement motivation,this thesis uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to study the influencing factors of junior high school students’ physical learning enthusiasm,and concludes the following:(1)The overall level of success pursued by junior high school students is greater than the level of avoiding failure,and the level of success pursued by boys is greater than that of girls;The level of success pursued by urban students is greater than that of rural students,and the level of failure avoidance of rural students is higher than that of urban students.The level of success pursued by the first grade was greater than that of the other two grades,and the level of avoidance of failure in the third grade was greater than that of the other two grades.(2)More than half of junior high school students’ weekly participation in physical activities,active participation in sports activities in their spare time,and junior high school students’ preference for physical education classes indicate that junior high school students as a whole have a positive attitude towards physical education learning,and the remaining students attribute their dislike of sports to inferiority complex,motor learning difficulties,and fear of affecting academic performance due to individual differences.(3)Among the factors influencing the enthusiasm of junior high school students in physical education,there were significant differences in gender and place of origin of their own factors;There were significant differences in family factors in gender,grade,and place of origin.There are significant differences in grade level between school factors and teacher factors.(4)Students were divided into two categories: high intention to pursue success and high intention to avoid failure,and students with high intention to succeed scored in the factors influencing the enthusiasm of physical education learning from high to low,in order of teacher factors,school factors,social factors,family factors,and self-factors;Students with high intention to avoid failure scored in the influencing factors of physical education learning enthusiasm in descending order of school factors,teacher factors,social factors,family factors,and self-factors.(5)The countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm of junior high school students in physical learning mainly include: following the law of junior high school growth and paying attention to the psychological changes of junior high school students;Set reasonable teaching goals to improve students’ motivation for achievement;Strengthen teachers’ professional standards and enhance their moral literacy;Improve the teaching management system and strengthen the quality inspection of teaching;Balance educational resources and pay attention to township education. |
