With the proportion of the scores increased gradually,physical education was also highly valued by teachers,students and parents.,Since physical education was subsumed into the scope of senior high school entrance examination subjects.However,due to the one-sided pursuit of scores by schools and parents,a strong atmosphere of physical examination has been formed,and a variety of negative psychological feelings appeared among the students,such as reduced sense of achievement physical and emotional exhaustion and consequent devaluation of sports.Therefore,it is extremely important to alleviate the burnout mood and optimize the teaching design by the way of exploring the relationship between the psychological variables which involved in sports and analyzing the psychological mechanism of burnout.This paper adopts the questionnaire method to distribute the physical self-efficacy questionnaire,the sports motivation scale and the athlete burnout questionnaire to the junior school students.then analysis the information from the valid questionnaire with SPSS.Finally,the path analysis model was constructed by using AMOS.The results are as follows:1.There is Significant differences between male and female in perceived physical ability,all dimensions of sports motivation,reduce sense of achievement,physical and emotional exhaustion.But no significant differences in physical self-presentation confidence and sport devaluation.2.Significant differences was found between Junior middle school students which from urban and rural areas in three dimensions of physical self-efficacy and accomplishment.But no Significant differences was found in all dimensions of burnout,to know,stimulation,introjected regulation,identified regulation,external regulation,amotivation.3.Significant differences exist in Junior middle school students from only child and non only child family in physical self-presentation confidence.But not exist in perceived physical ability,all dimensions of burnout and motivation.4.Significant differences was found between three grades in perceived physical ability,to know,accomplishment,stimulation,amotivation,reduce sense of achievement and sport devaluation,total score of burnout.But was not found in physical self-presentation confidence,physical and emotional exhaustion,introjected regulation,identified regulation,external regulation and total score of motivation.It`s worth noting that students in the ninth grade scored the highest in the burnout,and was significantly higher than that in the seventh and eighth grades.Conclusion:With the increase of grade,the learning burnout of Junior middle school students in physical education classroom is also increasing.The sports motivation of junior high school students plays an intermediary role in physical self-efficacy and physical education learning burnout.Suggestion:In the course of teaching,the teaching content that includes physical and skill confrontation could be offered,so that students can experience a sense of accomplishment in the process of learning and inspire their curiosity and recognition of sports.Besides,both teachers and students should analyze their own strengths and weaknesses objectively and keep improving.
