As an important part of school education,physical education and health curriculum is one of the important carriers to realize comprehensive education benefits.Influenced by the traditional disciplines-centered theory,the practice of physical education in our country faces the embarrassing situation of poor teaching value of disciplines,which means that we pay more attention to the knowledge of disciplines(skills),and less attention to the students’ physical and mental characteristics,emotional experience and so on.Therefore,this study proposes to construct a three-dimensional isomorphic curriculum of "knowledge,skill and emotion",in order to explore its teaching effect from the practical level through teaching experiments,and to provide practical basis for solving the teaching imbalance phenomenon of "only technology,lack of knowledge and light emotion" in current physical education teaching.Firstly,based on the literature data method,the author analyzes the teaching status of the three-dimensional isomorphism course of "knowledge,skill and emotion" represented by American SPEM course and the volleyball course of Chinese junior middle school.On the basis of this,the author makes the teaching design of the three-dimensional isomorphism course,which takes the front two-handed ball pad as the content carrier.Secondly,Class 7,Grade 7,Wenzhou No.2 Middle School was selected as the control class and Class 8,Grade 7,as the experimental class.The questionnaire survey method and teaching experiment method were carried out around the four curriculum evaluation indexes of "physical health knowledge,sports situational interest,sports skill level and physical health level".After a 16-week teaching experiment,the data tested before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed by using mathematical statistics,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The three-dimensional isomorphic course of "knowledge,skill and emotion" can effectively promote students to master the knowledge of physical health and achieve the goal of cognitive dimension in physical education.(2)The three-dimensional isomorphic course of "knowledge,skill and emotion" emphasizes the teaching of sports health knowledge,but does not weaken the teaching of sports skills.(3)The three-dimensional isomorphic course of "knowledge,skill and emotion" did not reduce the promoting effect of physical education course on students’ physical health.(4)The three-dimensional isomorphic course of "knowledge,skill and emotion" plays an important role in improving students’ interest in physical education,especially in the five dimensions of novelty,pleasure,exploration,attention and general interest.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: to change the teaching concept and give full play to the educational value of the subject;Enrich the teaching content and expand the knowledge base of physical health;Optimize the teaching mode,pay attention to the integration of "sports health knowledge + sports skills";Perfect teaching evaluation,realize evaluation to promote development. |
