| At present,vocational education has ushered in a booming "spring" as China has entered a new period of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way.Teacher education is the mother machine of education and the power source of improving the quality of education.As a means to make up for the teachers’ defects in vocational colleges and cultivate high technical skills,the competency level of enterprise part-time teachers in vocational colleges and universities directly affects the quality of vocational education personnel training and is related to the smooth realization of training objectives of vocational education.How to train a group of "double-qualified" part-time teachers with excellent professional skills,high quality and retention is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of teachers in vocational colleges.Under the current situation,if the part-time teachers in enterprises only have the basic quality of teaching,it is far from meeting the requirements of vocational colleges for the quality and ability of part-time teachers.The competence of teachers is the core competence that teachers must have.Only by clarifying the components of competence can we solve the problem of improving part-time teachers’ competence by applying the right medicine.The research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the origin and significance of the research,research ideas and methods,research technology routes and literature review.The literature review mainly summarizes the relevant researches on competency,teacher competency and teacher competency model of vocational colleges.The second part is the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis research,which defines the core concepts such as competency and the competency model of part-time enterprise teachers in vocational colleges,and introduces the classic competency models such as iceberg model and Onion model.The third part is the initial model construction of the competency of enterprise part-time teachers in vocational colleges.By using the method of literature analysis,interview and grounded theory,the competency index system of enterprise part-time teachers in vocational colleges is preliminarily established through in-depth analysis and mining of policy texts,relevant literature and interview data.The fourth part is the initial model test of competency.It conducts empirical verification through questionnaire survey and revises the index system.Finally,it constructs the competency model of enterprise part-time teachers in vocational colleges,which is composed of 8 dimensions including knowledge literacy,practical ability,conditional permission,teaching ability,professionalism,personality inclination,self-development,moral literacy and 23 competency elements under the dimensions.The fifth part is the research on the competency improvement path of enterprise part-time teachers in vocational colleges.Based on the four dimensions of knowledge dimension,skill dimension,trait dimension,attitude dimension and value dimension,the methods and paths of competency improvement are respectively given. |
