| With the development of the country and the progress of education, vocational education has become a separate type of education, playing an equally important role as general education.Vocational education has entered a stage of improving quality and excellence, and building a high-quality "dual teacher" teaching team has become one of the fundamental tasks to accelerate the modernization of vocational education. However, there are still problems in China’s "dual teacher" teacher policy, such as incomplete system, low execution efficiency, poor two-way flow between schools and enterprises, and low level of specialization, which have become bottlenecks restricting the reform and development of vocational education. This study mainly applies the Smith process theory model and the dual factor motivation theory. In the macro environment of the national "double qualified" teacher policy, the focus of the study is on the implementation of the "double qualified" teacher policy in Guangxi.Through a survey of in-service teachers in four representative vocational colleges in Guangxi, the implementation and effectiveness of the current "double qualified" teacher policy are viewed from the perspective of vocational teachers,It has been found that there are still many problems, such as the lack of assessment and management system for "double qualified" teachers, weak development support, insufficient practical conditions for enterprises, lax recruitment conditions, and common problems such as insufficient attention to part-time teachers in vocational colleges. The reasons for these common problems through in-depth analysis are the imperfect policy system of "dual teacher" teachers, insufficient implementation, low sense of teacher efficacy and insufficient motivation, and the need to improve the operating environment of policies. Finally, suggestions are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the "dual teacher" policy implementation in Guangxi vocational colleges: improving the "dual teacher" policy system, increasing policy implementation efforts, emphasizing teacher career planning, and optimizing the policy operating environment. |
